Not going to be negative about company returns policy advisory

Not going to be negative about company for only just had the one dealings with them hence 3 stars just wanted people to be aware of the returns policy offed to us - Item unused but asked to return and as not needed - advised it would incur a 25 restocking fee plus returns postage bear in mind you pay for postage out - taking 25 to put it back on shelf and adjust stock levels result disappointing experience

My ex demo immediately needed 28 00 spending on an adaptor I should have been informed Poor service including a curt side step reply when I contacted them This is additional edit after being told perhaps a phone call or email should be sent before confirmation of purchase Defensive rubbish again from the wonderful blunted service desk

Are Reconditioned Printers Checked for Quality

The reconditioned printer arrived just 3 days after the order was placed which was very good After installation I was very disappointed with the quality of the print produced as it had three strong black lines across each page it wasn t a temporary problem as 10 pages later it was still the same Fortunately I still had my old printer which had the same model of imaging drum after exchanging the drums the result was a top quality print Why was the printer not checked for quality after it was reconditioned
