Excellent overall
Usually when you don t need the cartridge urgently you order it and then you fold everything carefully to somewhere at the back of your head so after a week or so receiving it you are amazed and recall that you have actually ordered it Well I was amazed this time around that the package with the cartridges arrived even before I would manage to box my thoughts up and forget about actually ordering it I honestly was not expecting it to arrive that quick - great service completely unexpected But I managed to loose the invoice and also that was not a problem contacted Athema by email and again the quick response including the attachment was surprising I trust that these are results of hard work and good team work really focusing on their customers and customers requirements
