I have 2 business accounts with A B I use both but one has a 2k credit limit and the other one has a prepaid card only can someone look into my other account it s under the business name belowPrecise Body Sculpting LLC ThanksAaron NealOwner651-208-5988

They close my account for no reason

They close my account for no reason for making an extra payment They consider a fraudulent transaction and they close my account It was the only card provide to my driver because I believe they were a serious company I will not recommend this card for business they don t value you as a costumer

Say NO to AtoB

We switched our primary account before the due date They pulled from an incorrect account got on the phone told us that they pulled from the wrong account but also told us that there was NOTHING they could do about the extra charges or allow me to speak with anyone This is not the first issue with them Their system is FLAWED Definitely not customer friendly I have been using them for almost a year now and I have NEVER seen the benefits they say in the beginning

Fuel card limits

Most fuel cards go by how long you been with them and the major fuel cards had no problem raising your limit within reason without requesting all your personal info This company wants all your personal info just for a raise limit and I don t feel safe giving out my personal info like that So if you are with a major fuel company this company will disappoint you for sure if you need a higher limit

HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES

Had the card over 1 5 years Paid on time religiously Never had a late payment They even increased my limit and gave me a 200 credit for having an excellent track record Had ONE late payment due to a medical emergency and they deactivated my card and closed my account Horrible business practice no personal customer service

I could write a book but I will keep it plain and simple I had fraud on my account and the bank notified me and wanted to switch accounts and atob rejected me to only fuel and didn t receive my payment until a week later and still didn turn my cards back on after the immediate debit that was made to prevent in lateness Very poor management

This is why I fear overseas call centers They read from scripts They can t comprehend ENGLISH I called about my account not being updated correctly I asked her if she was in the United States The rep said yes I have her on a recorded line I will be filing a complaint with my attorney general

I would give 5 stars if our fuel cards

I would give 5 stars if our fuel cards had not been cut off for no apparent reason and without warning for two and a half weeks Was never given an explanation as to why this occurred Only told that we had to pay our balance in full before we would be told why the account was suspended We have never missed a payment And when our payments finally cleared was still never given an explanation as to why we where suspended

AtoB doesn t value their most loyal customers Clayton is very rude condescending and wouldn t answer a direct question that was asked Totally evasive Very bad business practices I recommend FUELMAN Mastercard for your business fuel and maintenance needs Proceed with caution

This company will take your credit away

This company will take your credit away at a drop of a dime You can t rely on them stay clear from A to B After paying on time for over a year they initially pause my cards on a holiday weekend then they activate cards with lower limits and payment at net zero which mean due immediately Use Multi service cards they are reliable I switched already
