I dont get fuel discounts everytime I use the card You get discounts maybe half the time at best when purchasing fuel Not as great as advertised

Sketchy business practices

I have been using atob for about two years now The entire time I have been told you can only make payments using your checking account Recently they began charging late fees So my account had another charge come out before my atob charge which made the payment fail I made the payment two days later and suddenly there is a late fee Later to find out you now how the option to pay with a debit card immediately instead of waiting three days for an ach to process Mind you I paid my balance immediately and again this is not a repeat issue After calling to follow up I get an email stating I requested to cancel my account which I did not Ultimately my account was deactivated and they waived the late fee I reiterated that I never asked for a cancellation only an explanation of why I wasn t notified of late charges because there was no late fee prior to this Note that this is only the second time this has happened And I have gone as late as 5 days no problem So now I m told that they no longer accept my bank which is ultimately untrue because if none of this occurred they would still be taking said money from both banks Ultimately horrendous customer service and zero communication The card only works at certain stores that they do not mention besides this it was a cool card to have for what I do but not worth the headache and flat out games that they play Sketchy to say the least They claim to report to your credit but I have yet to see anything I had two cards and went from a 300 to 1000 limit but I guess I don t spend enough to be considered a valued customer Which is fine as I will take my business elsewhere

Bait and switch I joined for the options to use the card for more than just fuel Then you guys made it where only fuel can be purchased

The app doesn t work I m not getting all the discounts that was stated to me and when I chat no one knows what I am talking about

My limit is too low My account limit is used in 1 5 days requiring me to use other cards I would rather not use I can easily purchase 2 500 a week in fuel but average 2 000

You took my benefits away to be able to use it for oil truck supplies etc for no reason and told me that I couldn t get it back until next review Approximately six months I m trucking full-time and spending a lot of money and I have to use other cards to purchase oil truck parts etc when one of the reasons that I chose this card was to have the ability and security of it if need be I had to purchase so much fuel to have these features and now that I have them for some reason you took them away without cause or reason I ve never missed a payment EVER And use your cards for all my fueling I was also told I would get 5 cent off per gallon at any store That s not been the case I use the app and it may be 2 cent off Other than that When I put my card in the pump turns on and I get fuel every time everywhere

I was told I can get 25 cent off per gallon that didn t happen When I tried to use my card for the first time I was denied multiple times The I spoke with several reps before I got one that truly helped me I m not said they are a bad company I just had to many bad experiences early on

I have never been late in payments Always ontime with Auto pay and you suspended my card and I couldn t talk to anyone Maybe that s how you treat people that pay their bills ontime
