Hacked on 3rd june 2023 - Never paid back users money and never provided any kind of useful updates

Never and under no circumstances repeat my catastrophic mistake the mistake of trusting this wallet was extremely unsafe and irresponsible I lost all my money and coins in one day along with more than 5000 others by trusting Atomic Wallet All my funds approximately 23 000 were stolen on June 3 2023 in a massive and historic hack that affected more than 5000 people During this time Atomic Wallet acted unbelievably irresponsibly and remained extremely secretive Even now more than 6 months after this major hack they refuse to disclose the exact amount of money stolen from users Simultaneously on all their social media platforms they are busy banning deleting silencing and removing all messages and tweets related to the hack from victims This means that not only were they unaccountable but they also tried to silence victims in the worst and most ruthless way possible Never deposit even 1 dollar into this unsafe irresponsible heartless and thieving wallet because there is always the possibility of losing your money and coins stored in this wallet at any moment This wallet is extremely irresponsible and insecure and its owners are undoubtedly thieves

Atomic wallet can only restore credibility to their wallet if they reimburse the 5000 plus users who had all their crypto stolen from the wallet It was the job off atomic wallet to protect their client funds It has been almost 6 months myself and thousands off others are still looking for answers and solutions At this time and moment I cannot how anyone could think their crypto is safe in the atomic wallet

Installed a new Atomic wallet no password neither recovery phrases stored on computer After transferring some BTC it was instantly within the same minute taken away I ve reported to Support with the address of the target who took my amount Support answered they can t help me it is my responsibility Never ever again Atomic wallet

Truly the worst possible wallet

Truly the worst possible wallet It is a custodian wallet so you have no control over your funds They were hacked check youtube and pple lost cash Furthermore they charge huge fees on transactions It is truly close to scam They prey on pple that do not understand Try Exodus for example - much better Hope this company doesnt survuve for much longer

Beware

Advised by Mobatrade that funds needed to be transferred to me via Atomic Wallet They talked me through setting up the account which I did Then received an email from the compliance department to say I have to deposit 20 of the funds into the account before they can send me my money I am not prepared to do that therefore the money will not be paid to me as AW compliance have said it can t be done any other way Essentially this seems like a scam

Don t touch with a bargpole Will phone all hours of the day everyday to get what they want Even after telling them kevin you are not interested or are not doing it When asking for your money back is a hopeless cause And there 6 step process is not right either The sooner they go the better

Stay away for your own good

I have been trading with atomic wallet for over a year now and everything has been working perfectly until 24th of October I have my money in my account worth 19 532 on it but I have had trouble withdrawing which I complained to the customer service but they did nothing ate it Along the line I found the name of my profile which happens to be helpful
