I would be extremely careful using this APP

I would be extremely careful using Metamask i had around 10 000 in coins within the application I transferred around 9700 from metamask too Binance shortly afterwards around 1 day 300 was stolen from metamask the transaction details do not show as they were removed If you put money in this APP you should be prepared too lose everything in any point of time and not being able too trace where the money went within the app itself In my opinion it should not be possible too delete transaction details HUGE RED FLAG

Does not delight the customer

Still trying to work out why the hell I m using this POS crap Badly developed lacks customer ease I have the app and extension Uninstalled as it crashed and I have to manually connect all tokens which I cannot 100 remember which ones I had It doesn t sync Still not sure why people are recommending this wallet Unless the developer bothers to do something about these terrible reviews it s only a matter of time until someone does it better cheaper and more user friendly and this will be a forgotten piece of code You ve been warned

Meta Mask facilitates scams STAY AWAY

The way their system is designed is not user friendly its quite easy to make a mistake in the learning process of using meta mask wallet which seems to facilitate a HUGE amount of scams If you re going to get into Crypto Currency i would not recommend Meta Mask As a simple request connection from anyone and 1 click can give permission for your wallet balance to be taken how is that a safe secure wallet a simple miss click and everything s gone its clearly a system built for this purpose STAY AWAY

Absolute garbage service and response lack of competence

Very poor service and lack of competence I have been with them for a while and I tried sending some etherium and they are veryfying my account for three days now with very poor response Absolutely not recommended I m glad I didn t put all my crypto with them absolute rubbish company How are they to survive with 85percent of negative reviews and lack of improvement As soon as they verify I ll be moving all my money And my 2 2 million subscribers will definetly hear my story

Disgusting Twice now I ve had crypto stolen from my wallet with absolutely NO explanation from MetaMask The only thing they could say was that someone or something was probably using something called a sweeper I asked what that was they said it s a script that cleans out your wallet as soon as crypto arrives So obviously nothing was done wrong from my side yet MM refused to reimburse me Scandalous DO NOT USE THIS HIGHLY INSECURE WALLET

I don t even have or use them but received an email 12 1 22 stating Your wallet will be soon suspended Dear client Our system shows that your wallet has not yet been verified The verification process can be done easily via the page below All unverified wallets will be suspended on Wednesday November 30 2022 Sorry for any inconvenience caused please keep in mind that our intention is to keep our customers safe and happy Pisz off scammer

TWO of MetaMask s mistakes lost me 5k

TWO of MetaMask s mistakes lost me my wallet I know crypto is a risk and I risked my own money but I didn t think it would just disappear into thin air due to TWO errors on MetaMask s behalf So the first issue I had was my wallet being frozen and getting an error when I tried to do anything I m still logged in it asks for my password says welcome back but nothing works I spoke to the support team they told me the only way to fix this error was to delete and reinstall the app The only problem was I didn t write down my secret recovery phrase No problem right I m still logged in so I can just go into the settings and reveal it right WRONG Error number two can t unlock your account try again Balls I ll try the seed phrase Same again And I know I put the password in right because a I used the same password to log into the accountb I put the password in wrong on purpose and it said incorrect password c It gives me a tick asks me to hold a button to reveal the phrase and then has the errorYes I know its partly my fault for not writing down the SRP as soon as I downloaded the app but like many people just starting I didn t think I d be throwing so much money into an unreliable app I have now spoke to several members of the support team one was helpful ish and the others assumed I was the problem saying things like you put the password in wrong you need to reinstall the app its the wrong phrase whatever that means Eventually my issue got escalated to the technical team good news right wrong again the only way is to reinstall the app I then explain again that the SECOND issue meant I cant reinstall the app because I ll lose everything you need to reinstall the app I explain AGAIN that I m still logged in there must be something they can do you are told to back up your phrase when you download the app Clearly not even reading my email and now after explaining again and asking for updates I m being completely ignored As you can imagine seeing your hard work disappear is very disappointing And from reading other people s reviews they have had great interactions with the support team so maybe I just got unlucky with who I spoke to The person I am emailing is called Max Hernandez All I am hoping is that this review will get me in touch with someone actually willing to try and help me rather than spewing standard protocol information and copy and pasting This is what I do have - says my phrase is backed up- I am logged in still- It knows my passwords are correct and associated with my account- I can track my wallet and see it still existsCan anyone help me it would mean a lot Thanks for reading
