disappointed and almost ruined

I opened my atomic wallet and my BSV have disappeared I contacted support who replied promptly with I can import my private keys to guarda com sorry but i am not giving my private keys to anyone The problem is wide spread as my son has also lost his BSV this has been ongoing for a week now and the company needs to make an official announcement on social media to reassure BSV holders that their coins are safe if they are

AtomicWallet underwent a catastrophic data violation culminating in the depletion of colossal customer assets Opting to deflect culpability rather than assume responsibility they projected threats and fault when challenged From February to May of 2023 patrons suffered an appalling multimillion dollar deficit due to a sabotaged database Sinister external entities adeptly manipulated trades draining customer exchange coffers surreptitiously with the platform providing no aid

My Coins has been stolen by Atomic

I had been using this wallet for 5 years with only minor issues I put my complete trust in this wallet and company but on the 3rd of June 2023 my world came crashing down I would not normally write a negative review but AW has not given us victims any answers no identifying the exploit as yet no compensation plan for a hack that was on their platform While they claim to be investigating its has now been well over a month without any courteous update to the stolen funds to victims the only thing we have seen so far is tweets in the early stages now deleted and one which tries to marginalize the number affected users without any proof of their claim to the actual number of total users of this wallet many thousands of people worldwide have been affected - lives ruined my life s savings are gone and I am relying on the goodwill of others no or minimal communication might be acceptable where they are from but its not for the rest of the world To my horror they are still making this wallet available to download on Google and other platforms the responsible and etherical thing for them to do is to stop the downloads they properly identify and remedy the exploit I will change my review in the future when 1 they make victims whole refund-compensate like any reputable company would 2 remedy the exploit They can restore their good name its up to them how they treat people and this event

Hard going with Atomic

If it is dead easy to buy a token but an absolute nightmare to try and sell it then I don t think Atomic is worth the hassle I really think the platform should be more transparent about certain tokens right up front

Scam

I downloaded atomic wallet mainly to do an exchange of my tron to bcd that s how they took my money i contacted support they were not helpful trying to blame me that i used an old version of the app meanwhile that s a lieSame thing happened to me when i did an exchange of dogecoin to ripple they took part of the ripple and said its in reserve I had another issue with them when i did a transaction with compound the list is longThis people are scam i can say it with no doubt now that ive had several scam experience with them

I get The exchange service currently not available mistake all the time I ve tried to swap assets at least 20 times and got the same error I feel sorry to have installed it in the first place just lost the network fees for nothing

Swap not working

A common BTC swap pair wasn t available or working I even checked this beforehand but of course they only tell you once you actually want to execute the swap So I had to go to a different place to swap my coins to BTC At least the one star is for the working withdrawal
