Good service

Good service Improvments could include a few more cm width on the staning plattform of the scooter Increased speed and most of all a longer range on a charge would make tge scooter perfect

Pretty happy

I don t have much to compare with only Xiaomi M365 but this one has a much stronger motor It pulls me male 85kg upp a fairly steep hill at 16-18 km h Pretty good acceleration from stop to full speed I ve used it pretty much daily from april to oktober and after one year the only thing I ve needed to do was to tighten some screws at the steering column

It was fast and reliable scooter

It was fast and reliable scooter I used it for work and home service or roam around the town with ease Climbing up a hill has no problem with this scoot The only downside is you can t use it on rainy days I suggest that augment should make a scoot that can be use on rainy and snowy days like waterproof and wheels have spikes like the electric bikes I think this would give the scooter more versatility when it comes in usability

All has been fine except

All has been fine Two problems have occurred 1 sometimes the bluetooth security automation is tricky since the automatic prevention breaking cannot be fixed by just connecting with one s phone but instead you have to switch off switch off few times and then out of luck it starts working ok The software needs an update so that the user should be able to decide to able disable the bluetooth security function without disabling the whole bluetooth connection and account 2 The valve in the front wheel kind of popped out during the winter and once I started to ride again it was touching the frame of the wheel and started make annoying sound tried to push it back or bend it and what not and it was almost impossible task but then finally I was able to somehow make it work Other than that - ok product

Hello TeamAll is awesome has fast service but I wish you guys could make something way stronger that would go faster on the driver s risk of course Also rear wheel drive would be great because the roads have so much gravel and ect so when you take turns slowly and push the accelerator then it s very dangerous Slippery Otherwise fast and friendly service and the new Alturo quality is very neat Rear wheel break loosens way too quickly though I just wish it was faster
