I ordered the White Pearl Facial Peel

I ordered the White Pearl Facial Peel It was very expensive They sent me another product instead After leaving multiple emails and phone messages I was able to get a real person She gave me two customer service phone numbers one was no longer in service the other a man that said he would call back but did not I called her back She told me the product was out of stock but that she would do whatever I wanted to make me happy My response refund my money and send me a return postage label to send back the other product She persisted in saying that she d like to send me an upgrade instead I said no thank you She said she s send me two of them I said no thank you rather just please refund my money To this day over a month later I am still waiting to get a refund I think this company has a good product but the company is ran so poorly you ll be lucky to get the product

This is a scam

This is a scam I spent 250 00 on the cream for lifting Got home and found there was only a tablespoon full in this so called object which made you think you got the full amount I can use egg whites to do what this stuff did Not only was the scam talked well but the free facial was another scam The lady had no idea how to do a facial There is nothing good to say about this company Gold Elements falls to the wayside Please do not waste your hard earned money on this joke

1 Star is 1 to many I was sold an EMPTHY eye creamYes you did read right - EMPTHYIt was packed as completely newBut when I opened it - EmpthyI then emailed with AurariusI did Send the product back as they told me to and as a packet to make sure they Will sign for them reciving and so they did And so I paid to return the empthy productAnd Aurarius STOPED answeringThis is the worst company I have ever come across If This will not work - telling about them at Trustpilot - I will take it further to my lawyer

DO NOT DO IT

I was so impressed with the products when I was in the salon I purchased the eye cream I was very interested in the light therapy CHARLIE said if I made a 500 deposit he would get me approved for the rest on Monday He said he could not do it while I was there because I did not have phone service and he needed to get a verification code from my phone Stupid me agreed Charlie called me on Monday and after getting a code he said the finance company would only do half of it and he needed another 1500 I refused and asked for the 500 refund He assured me he would Well it has been a week and no refund I can not get thorough to hm on the number he called from I know I was STUPID Do not fall for their gimmicks The products are not the same as what was used on my eyes

Don t fall for it

Total scam- they don t deserve one star They roped me in a store in San Juan - the products don t work are extremely expensive and there is barely any It s a complete rip off and the sales rep who helped me should be ashamed I can t believe I wasted as much money as I did on their horrible products Don t waste your money or time

SCAM

Aurarius Gold Elements is the same as Tresor Rare Obey Your Body Cocoage OroGold and other Dead Sea cosmetics stores The salesclerks employ fraudulently misleading comments to dupe customers into spending thousands on products that do not work as they are purported to do Moreover these stores have no refund policies that are not posted at the register and appear only on the bottom of printed receipts after the sale is made The computer screen on which a customer signs for the sale is not big enough to display this policy and the salesclerks NEVER mention it In fact the salesclerk I had lied to me and promised that I could get a full refund if I were not satisfied with the results of the products I purchased Too I was sold a contract that cannot be exercised where I live as there is no Gold Elements store anywhere in my state The salesclerk knew that but he lied when he promised that I could get facials and refills at a Simon Property about an hour away from where I live I reiterate there is NOT a Gold Elements store there or anywhere else in my state Beware of these scam artists Stay away from all of these establishments unless you want to lose money as I did

Was shown this product in the Nassau

Was shown this product in the Nassau Bahamas store where it appeared to work Was offered a great discount price of 150 which I paid for the same product Started using it as soon as I got home but the product I was sold started to itch burn after application I cannot use it now and of course the receipt states NO REFUNDS If they were truly concerned about this product helping people as they seemed to be in the store they would offer a refund when there are allergic reactions to a product I feel scammed Shame on them

They scammed me I bought the Aurarius eye treatment while visiting Nassau on March 3 During the salon visit I felt high pressure from the salesman and should have walked right out But I thought I d give it a try to help the skin under my eyes I m now out 250 because when I got home and opened the box to begin using it THE BOX WAS EMPTY What a scam I got taken big time I ve tried to contact Aurarius through their web site and none of my messages through Contact Us will go through without saying Error message I ve learned a huge lesson Receipt says No Refund I ve contacted my credit card company If nothing happens I just want people to know Don t step into an Aurarius Salon Just keep walking and have a margarita or two
