WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT USE SERVICE I signed up with this auto broker to buy a car at an auction Instead of representing and advocating for me they only look to help themselves English is their 3rd language and clearly they have no respect for women They don t answer questions or explain the bizarre paperwork they send out In order to get anything done you have to speak to management who are harassed they have to take the time to do the job their employee failed too The terms and conditions when you sign up says you essentially give up all consumer rights Which they take seriously each time they referred me back to them after I requested they provide the title for the car I paid them for Apparently those terms and conditions state AutoBidMaster doesn t have to provide the title after the car has been paid for Buyer BEWARE

Please do not deal with this company
Please do not deal with this company If you see a vehicle for sale and they allow you to register and bid its likely that you cannot win the auction because you do not have a dealers license They dont tell you this part until the end but they have already charged your visa debit card This is a great scam for them to charge your cards then have you dispute it and them refuse

They re Shady and Deceptive
They re Shady and Deceptive I signed up hoping to get an easy fixer clean title car The car I won was listed as having a clean title and it had basically a parts only salvage title that is near impossible to be legal for the road The services to pay for your auction is also shady as you have to go to a Moneygram location if it s over 2500 All of these red flags hit home as I was about to send money from a Walmart with no guarantee or where my money was going and without protections They fool you because they take ordinary payment of credit cards for the deposit and membership fees Their fees add up quick and they re also the type of business that sets you up for autorenewal of you membership fees a year later just 249 so your card doesn t flag it The sales guy I talked to was a real snake oil salesman and tried to get me to go through with the purchase of an almost 10k paperweight that

TOTAL LIE AND SCAM
I purchased a car from autobidmaster back in September this purchase has been a horrible experience Car was listed as a run and drive the vehicle won t even move a total lie I pay a transportation company to drop off the vehicle at the Nissan dealership for service vehicle has a bad transmission and mechanical problems a certified mechanic was charging me 7K to fix it If it wasn t because of the documents that I ve signed from the sale I would have file a lawsuit against autobidmaster How could they do this to honest hard working people This is all about making a profit I will never use their services and I can care less about losing my autobidmaster membership This is a total scam I can t do anything with the Vehicle because is not worth paying 7K to install a new transmission I pay a total of 5300 and I wasn t able to use the vehicle I told autobidmaster how I felt about this issue and everyone just washed their hands I told them to put it back in the aution for sale it took 5 aution run to sell the vehicle and each time I they put the car at the aution i was getting charged 175 total 875 plus other fees I ended up losing 4300 at the end of the sale all I received was 1150 I m very upset but I can t do anything I thought contacting an attorney to see if there is a way to get around this issue Vehicle listed as run and drive And had mechanical problems Usually cars with mechanical issues are listed on the autobidmaster website and I was staying away from purchasing a car with mechanical problems I ve purchased vin checks carfax to make sure I wasn t getting a vehicle with problems I decided to make this review public for all autobidmaster users and public to see and read This has been a lesson learned for me and my family

Never Again
as of 08 16 23 They SUCK They only accept Zelle MoneyGram or bank wire transfer for payment Zelle can t be used because their email address has been used too many times according to my bank NFCU MoneyGram has max transfer limits leaving wire transfer as the only way to pay Payment has to be made in 24 hrs So because I can t get them paid in time I have to decline the vehicle which cost 899 lol ironically they ll accept credit card for that Straight money hustle Conversely CoPart has at least 10 ways to pay Next time I ll use my general business license and purchase directly from CoPart
