Very bad customer service

I ve made an order back in December 2020 I ve heard good feedback from friends and decided 450 euro for a good chair might worth it In a few days I ve got an update that my order was ready for shipment Then a month later I ve got another update with an excuse blaming Brexit for the delay Now it s February and I m waiting for my order for more than 3 months The status is still unclear Yeah we can blame Brexit Covid-19 or whatever But other deliveries I ve ordered during this time come promptly so it s definitely something wrong with Autonomous ability to cope with the challenging environment I simply want my money back now Hoping there will be a human on the other end to handle a bank transfer UPD finally received the chai the chair is beautiful but 3 months of waiting still not

I m not happy with structure how wobbly it is

I m not happy with how uneven sloppy the L part of the desk is plus the fact that only two little screws hold this part on makes it very unstable and wobbly Poor design in my opinion

Weak Customer Support

Chair construction at first was good but after a couple month of use one wheel broke I tried to contact customer services several times via its own website but I never received any answer from them

Don t get the black top

The product was incredibly well packaged and in perfect condition when received The assembly process wasn t too bad but you ll definitely need a 2nd set of hands to manouever everything into place The function and structure of the desk are perfect No complaints at all Where I have been very disappointed is the surface finish on the black desktop If you breathe on it it gets scratched I have been very careful and I honestly can t stand looking at it it s so scratched it I have owned it for 3 months and I m already thinking of way to either completely cover the top or replace it altogether And then I ask the question what was the point of getting the black top if I m going to cover it

ErgoChair 2 Overall great but the arm rests are terrible

I like everything about this chair except for the arm rests They re too hard and they don t extend forward enough to actually support my elbows as I type I fixed this issue by spending an extra 40 on strap-on memory foam covers

Awesome Product Horror Customer Experience

I finally got my ErgoChair 2 The product is very well done and good for this price range The customer experience what so ever is a nightmare They do not reply on your questions asked If they do the answer would come very late and is most likely a copy and paste standard issue reply I was about to force my money back via PayPal Then finally i recieved the notification that the product has been shipped The worst part about this experience is that they just delaying the delivery date over and over without saying a word The Product may be very good but i would never buy from them again

Trial sales

I have no complaints about the product that I purchased ErgoChair Pro but more about the Trial Return policy If the product is on sale you cannot test out the product and return if you do not like it My advice to everyone is that if you are unsure of the product do not buy it on sale Buy the item at regular price test it out and return it right away it is free anyways Then wait for a sale they make drastic sales on their products quite frequently I told customer service that is a wasteful approach because I did end up liking the product but was told that it is their policy So follow my advice and let them eat the cost of shipping because that is their policy

Poor Customer Service But Great Chair

I ordered a ergo2 chair and immediately tried to contact customer service to make a change to my order I submitted several contact requests through the website and called the phone number on my receipt the phone number always led to a busy line I never received a reply to my online contact requests After digging around the internet I found an email address I could contact and finally got a response But wow what an ordeal to get a response very poor service The chair also took a long time to ship But now that I have it I really do like the chair

Ordered a desk in 2018 and the experience was much better than recent interactions The site is outdated ordered a product that was listed only to receive it and see it was different specs than what was listed that I had purchased Nice support but a different experience than before

Product is AMAZING service is POOR

As with other reviews i ordered my desk in May and was told that it would be shipped in June As long as they give you the expectation it will take a month that is fine It arrived around 2 weeks late and the transparency of what was going on was poor The customer service team did help somewhat but it could be better The product itself is amazing I couldn t be happier with it For the price this is the best thing you can probably get on the market I think covid has just affected them badly 5 stars for product 2 stars for service
