I needed a replacement part and couldn t find info on the webpage My customer service agent Ken was able to give me detailed warranty info and process my order seemlessly along with a timeline in a matter of minutes

Fast and easy replacement parts

I ve had an ergo chair pro for awhile and I needed a replacement part as the arm rests were wearing out Chatted with a customer service rep sent a picture of the item needing replacement and that was it They are sending me a new part for free

The chat ai was great initially but as my question regarding my recent purchase was a little bit more complicated I got transferred to Alice Alice was responsive and cordial and got to understand the crux of the issue question I had and immediately moved to get resolved Although my inquiry was not immediately resolved I thoroughly enjoyed my interaction on the live chat inquiry thanks to Alice
