Great Chair

The Kinn Chair is a really nice chair to sit in it s very comfortable I have a bad back and this chair is helpful to me causing no problems at all to it over extended periods of time The only downside of the chair was the assembly it was very difficult to get the back to fit and needed 2 people and a lot of force to get it aligned but once done your left with a great chair

I ordered one ErgoChair 2 It takes a long time to ship about 4 weeks It was very expensive more than I ever planned on paying for a chair but I really wanted a highly adjustable chair and I got what I wanted The only thing I would change is the hard arm rests for cushioned ones I just got it today so I can t comment on its longevity I would recommend this chair to a friend only if they said money wasn t an issue

Affordable Standing Desk

I received my standing desk and there was a small chip in the plastic base I requested a replacement part be sent in case the desk started wobbling I was offered a partial refund or to have the replacement part mailed As the desk seemed stable I opted for the refund The desk I bought is the bamboo version and looks quite nice There are more expensive standing desks on the market but this one suits my needs just fine at a good price

I am happy with my standing desk the quality of the wood and the legs is very good and resistant easy to maintain The only thing is that the metal and plastic elements to pass the cables have broken in a couple of cable pulls But the table is perfect

Ordered the SmartDesk Pro with Koi

Ordered the SmartDesk Pro with Koi Pond Awesome product It s sturdy nice design and easy to assemble The Koi Pond top is very nice Personally it s a very nice change of scenery especially if you have to face it 10-12 hours a day The reason I gave it 4 5 stars is because it took 2 months for delivery It came in 2 packages 10 days apart Due to global components supplies shortage I fully understand and did not call in to complaint or cancel my order But 2 months for a table is a long time

Customer service was prompt friendly and helped solve my problem They did however nearly send me the wrong replacement part until I inquired when it didn t quite make sense Would have appreciated a little gratitude in the form of a discount especially since the part ran me 121 so that was kind of a bummer But overall they were quite good

The experience was good with the support There are some problems with specifications on the web page since the bigger desk isn t available on EU but it is still displayed Also the product was shipped in the time described 2 days But the webpage wasn t updated I had to get in touch with the chat to know that the product was already sent

can t get the gas lift apart from the leg base autonomous agreed to send me spare parts to my new address although it is a solution to my problem but they should really change the design for easy disassembly hopefully I won t encounter the same problem when I move again Don t buy the chair if you ever think bout moving or god forbid it to have any defects

RESOLVED Damanged table top I had got a corner desk and it took forever to get here but once I got it the one table top was damaged I nevertheless setup the table and thoroughly enjoy my desk I complained about the table top being damaged and customer care Willy got me a new one shipped instantly and convinced me that it will be here since their stock is back up again

Their products offered have solid P V ratio Delivery was very long and i had a few issues with CS but I was making the order at the beginning of Covid-19 crisis so that was experience among any home office equipment provider back then Generally happy with what i got desk chair stool though ergo chair is I d say average but good enough for the pice
