I have a 2019 ordered table with an unresponsiveness control box and Ashley came on and walked me through some steps to make sure it was indeed a busted control box Then she was able to let me know that it was still under warranty and processed the replacement parts to be shipped The entire process was very smooth and she was very professional in handling the case Kudos

I tried to buy a chair a few days ago and there I got an error a couple of times when hitting confirm order So I gave up I was very surprised when I received an email yesterday saying I have two orders on the way They helped me get my orders sent back to the warehouse after they were shipped

Customer service is good

Ashley was very helpful and courteous I had a control box port go bad in year 3 of having my desk We tested a few different things over livechat and a refund was issued Have loved this desk and this is my first experience with Customer service Will certainly stay a customer

Well worth the price for excellent products and services

I recently paid for a replacement chair base because one of the legs had snapped after about 4 years of daily use Today I tried getting the broken base off but could not I was informed I d be sent a new gas lift and mechanism to make the replacement much easier I m beyond grateful at how insightful Ashley was I have no regrets buying Autonomous products despite them being pretty pricey

Ashley in virtual chat patiently understood my concern for dissembling Smart desk-2 found the video to follow and provide me with the PDF schematic to assist along the way She assured me what would be easier to do first vs next and also reassured me with what additional tools I would be required to use 100 5 stars

Alice was helpful I described the issue She advised that I follow the return submission dialogue box currently broken As I had already tried that multiple times before it wouldn t allow me to submit So Alice manually created a ticket for me
