I have a 2019 ordered table with an unresponsiveness control box and Ashley came on and walked me through some steps to make sure it was indeed a busted control box Then she was able to let me know that it was still under warranty and processed the replacement parts to be shipped The entire process was very smooth and she was very professional in handling the case Kudos

Ashley was very helpful and courteous I had a control box port go bad in year 3 of having my desk We tested a few different things over livechat and a refund was issued Have loved this desk and this is my first experience with Customer service Will certainly stay a customer

Well worth the price for excellent products and services
I recently paid for a replacement chair base because one of the legs had snapped after about 4 years of daily use Today I tried getting the broken base off but could not I was informed I d be sent a new gas lift and mechanism to make the replacement much easier I m beyond grateful at how insightful Ashley was I have no regrets buying Autonomous products despite them being pretty pricey
