Purchased my smartdesk 2 premium in 2021 and there appears to be an issue with either the controller or keypad After a short while with support and providing a brief video they shipped me a replacement controller and keypad A support for my very first issue with the desk

67 for a chair replacement and requiring an order number is insane Please make chair replacement more affordable for customers But the person who helped me was informative and nice Wasn t their fault that this chair seat sucks

My representative Alice was very quick and helpful in providing me an option to replace my chair seat She was great I have one gripe regarding the company s policy on replacement parts This is the second set of parts I ve replaced arm rests a few years back which is understandable I use the chair every day However needing to have my original order number in order todo so proved to be a barrier Thankfully I was able to find it after some time I think it would be a better experience to allow for a more open replacement purchase option Other than that I think your products and service are great

I ve written a few positive reviews about this organization and its products service Time to pile on again my chair has had a few issues over the years - nothing crazy normal wear and tear - every time I needed anything the customer service team has been super responsive and empathetic They ve shipped replacement parts same day in most cases Today I had a repeat problem and rather than sending me parts they opted to replace the entire chair - only a company that stands behind their product and truly cares for their customer would do that So refreshing thanks
