Incredibly helpful customer service rep

When I ran into an issue at checkout I reached out for support via the live chat portal Custom service rep Ashley responded very promptly and was incredibly helpful in the responses she provided which allowed me to clearly understand the issue I was facing Although it could not be immediately resolved Ashley provided me with multiple available avenues to move forward I appreciate being able to speak to a human via live chat to have my concern addressed Thank you

I was amazed at how fast the chair was delivered It was coming From CA and I m in New England I ordered it on Saturday and it arrived Tuesday The assembly was easy it came with all the tools you need I have had the chair about a week and so far zero complaints I m a happy customer
