Prompt and professional
Took out my maintenance package with my lease car Had an issue with a component on the vehicle which in essence made the car unsafe to drive Contacted Autoserve spoke with Jackie explained situation Dealt with professionally and efficiently Was immediately reassured as to situation Advised assistance was being arranged and informed I would be updated as soon as arrangements were made Within minutes was contacted and updated Again within minutes contacted by RAC Technical and problem was resolved without attendance of engineer Prompt and professional service with a personable and reassuring approach Very impressed Well done

Great customer service
I m quite surprised at so many negative reviews I ve had my service and tyre insurance with Auto Serve for the past three years on my brand new Audi I ve never had any issues all straight forward and easy Today early May I had to have all four tyres changed - however the back ones only had 2 8mm depth left and AS only authorise them to be changed at 2mm 8mm would last about 500 miles I called Auto Serve and spoke to the nicest most helpful human being ever- Charlotte I explained the situation and that there s only a few hundred miles left before they would need to be changed and given my MOT is due next week it would show as advisory I asked if they could authorise them now to save hassle and time in the future Charlotte said she d need to get authorisation and call me back Within three minutes she called back with authorisation My contract is up for renewal and this will be the easiest yes - thank you Charlotte and thank you Auto Serve- superb customer service
