Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs unprofessional arrogant man attended my home made me feel very unconfortable and damaged my home in the process Really would not of given any stars if it was possible His lack of knowledge for property in Lancashire was shown in his valuation

Communication was lacking on the survey day The report mentioned a conservatory that was not actually there No pictures were included in the report Otherwise ok

House survey

The survey was carried out effectively on the date and time agreed The issue was unclear communication in that the booking is not confirmed until payment has been made but the terms and conditions email with this information in was not received so we nearly lost the slot we had made all the arrangements for Also the Surveyor had not been given the particulars about the property and that we had paid for an additional piece of information to be included in the survey

This was obviously a good in depth survey and the report was well constructed The points raised in the report made us make an informed decision on the purchase and any any ouststanding Issues

Easy to book survey efficient service Helpful to speak to the surveyor regarding any concerns re property before their visit Proof reading of report outlined some errors which were corrected Used this service before and very pleased with it - downside is paying for it in advance

Easy to book - helpful customer service and excellent surveyor - quality survey One star off as they did not consult or ask about changing the arranged date of the survey Luckily the permissions of access by the owners were in place just in time
