This is not the first time you have used the services of Avery and Company they came highly recommended by a friend And his recommendation was not false we Received a cracking service Thus it was a no brainer we would use them the second time And as with the first time a brilliant service again The surveyor who carried out the inspection on both occasions phoned us up on the day and asked if there were any points of special interest to us that he would be looking into and I really appreciated this The two surveys were done the price was right and both the reports were absolutely excellent PM HALL MANCHERTER

FTB Reassured using Avery Co for my survey

FTB - so glad I chose Avery Co for myLevel 2 survey Money well spent following the survey I did have some concerns which were highlighted in the report for my solicitor to follow up on My surveyor Adam Moore took the time to discuss his points and it gave me reassurance that I ve asked my solicitor the correct questions Adam kindly sent over photos of his survey and kindly said if I have any further questions just to get in touch

Bill did the survey and kept me up to date all through the process and answered all my queries after it was complete He is a very knowledgeable and approachable person The report came back within 5 days and was a big help in negotiating the purchase

Brilliant service

Brilliant service managed to get us in before Christmas within a few days of enquiring for a level 2 survey Report came back quickly and was really thorough Bill our surveyor kindly called us to discuss all queries we had with the report and was able to explain them to us in simple terms to put our mind at ease Everyone we spoke to was very friendly at every stage Thanks so much
