after some time in limbo the problem

It took a while to get through to on the phone but once I got through Kris in Technical support was superb As a complete technophobe he was able to help me resolve the technical queries after switching from France to the UK and was able get the system back up and running He was extremely patient and explained what I needed to do in simple easy to understand steps and when my phone kept dropping out he called back as promised He was very knowledgeable courteous and I have nothing but praise for Kris for his help

Had no problems

WOW First time I have read these comments on the company I have been with Avonline for a few years We live 500M up a Scottish hill so we do not have a land line BT wanted 12 000 to lay a telephone line to our house I assumed that they did not want the job We upped our bandwidth when my son and our granddaughter came to stay for a year The my granddaughter went back to NZ and my son met a pair of blue eyes and took off Rang the company to reduce bandwidth and this was done pronto Can t imagine what has happened to cause all this negative comment But there must be a reason

I live in an estate in Newcastle where the lads have been working I am a night shift worker and when work has to be done it needs to be done I was expecting these lads all over west Denton estate to be on for months outside of mine because let s face it newcastle city council workers take an eternity Anyhow these lads work none stop they are very well mannered excellent workers and clean up brilliantly when finished their area I ve spoken to a few they are not English lads but such good workers I ve just seen on quite a few facebook pages saying the same thing and these are all different areas in Newcastle not just mine So Avon line just thought I would put a well deserved review on your lads are top notch workers
