Avoid like the plague
Went to the Chandlers Ford branch for some new furniture and wished we hadn t Bought a sideboard which turned up with a door that wouldn t stay closed The replacement that arrived -a week later- was even worse I d taken the day off work and asked that the replacement was checked by the warehouse manager which could not have happened as two of the doors were badly aligned one of which was difficult to close and had rubbed off all the lacquer not to mention a split in the wood on the top Just received the third replacement which is fine - but its taken almost a month from first delivery to receive a decent one Customer Service was disgusting as no one not even the Store Manager ever called me to apologise or let me know of any progress - shocking experience we won t be going back PS please excuse the one star rating as I can t select zero
