Ordered the 2 seater fabric recliner

Ordered the 2 seater fabric recliner sofa and it was exactly as described when delivered The delivery was quicker than expected I must admit The 2 young lads who delivered kindly delivered the sofa to the designated room And I would like to thank them both for there help Overall experience from buying to delivery has been fantastic and would recommend the company to friends and family

I had rachel sort out my sofa issue i waited months from initial concern raised and rachel picked it up dealt with it promptly new parts sent out and unfortunately same problem occurred rachel has been a great help and been so professional in every aspect of this matter i appreciate all her help from August till now December 2024

Absolutely love my new carnaby u shaped sofa it looks great is really comfortable Excellent service from ordering my new sofa to it being delivered I were kept updated on my order delivery etc Any questions I had were answered promptly The delivery guys were also great they phoned to say how long they would be Would highly recommend this company all round excellent experience

The delivery date did get changed on me but the customer service I received was excellent The actual delivery was superb The delivery drivers went above and beyond to get my sofa in the door honestly can t thank the two men who deliverd my sofa enough Well manered people seriously if I could give more stars I would Those two men need a raise like now Sorry I didn t catch there names

We ordered the Vegas 7 seater corner sofa it arrived within 4 days Customer service was excellent they answered any questions promptly it really easy to get in touch with them Delivery company kept me up to date with when sofa was arriving and assembled sofa easily The sofa was very reasonably priced and we anre over the moon with it Overall a great experience

Absolutely love my sofa 2weeks delivery which was fine This company has very good communication and answer very fast Only down fall was unpacking it myself If there was an option to pay extra to take it all out the packaging and piece it together I would have Comfiest sofa I ve I had -

We ordered our U shape sofa from furniture direct after reading great reviews We were so happy when it arrived Better quality than I was expecting for the price and its size is perfect for our living room Having the finance option made it even better as we were able to spread the cost interest free too delivery was fantastic such great communication from start to finish Will definitely be using this company again Definitely recommend
