Item eventually received

Ordered on the 9th April Item has never been received Completed a contact form on the 19th April and received a reply to say struggled to get through a backlog of orders Was told it would be dispatch by 26th April at the latest I replied straight away to request a refund instead and no response It s now the 26th and they haven t responded to a 3rd attempt and I still haven t received confirmation of dispatch Update - I finally received my order in June Only took 3 months to arrive but it was as ordered Better late than never I suppose

Poor processing of my order

I was disappointed that I had to contact AYP twice after my initial order being placed The first time I was told my order had got lost after being processed - which I didn t really understand The second time when once again my order hadn t arrived within an acceptable time frame the agent said she would chase the distribution team and arrange for next day delivery She was as good as her word and my order arrived the next day Not sure I would use AYP Healthcare in the future

Information lacking

My main problem with my two orders is that in neither case did I receive confirmation of the orders which left me without any certainty or information about the goods I needed arriving Yes I checked junk Eventually I received an email confirming dispatch and everything went well from then Pricing was competitive

Not always prompt delivery

I ve used this retailer several times over the last 2 years and found the reliability of delivery timescales to be a bit patchy Sometimes I get my order within 2 or 3 days but other times I have to chase it after 10 days of hearing nothing My current order is delayed as I discovered when I chased it up after 10 days It s now early November and I m hoping it ll arrive any day

Good price ok service

It states there is a 2-3 day delivery but after a week of waiting I enquired about my order and it turns out it hadn t even been prepared My items then arrived but they didn t look like the the photo of the cream advertised on their website which caused some confusion They need to update their website photos Also for some reason when packing my order they had taken all tubes of cream out of their original packaging and had flattened the boxes which seemed strange One good point is that it s similarly priced compared to other online outlets so you re not being overcharged

Low cost items if you re prepared to wait

Can t fault the price of the items but it took so long to come I thought I d been scammed At one point I contacted them via their online form and got no response so thought I d lost my money especially after seeing the other reviews on here However the items did eventually arrive I think they have a serious supply issue For that reason I d think twice before ordering again

I understood delivery would be between 2 to 5 days My order took 3 weeks and when I tried to contact you nobody was answering telephones This happened several times - very worrying However when my Xailin did arrive I was pleased with same I had tried on line without any success You need to improve communication with customers as I had begun to think I had been scammed

I have contacted ayp healthcare

I have contacted ayp healthcare regarding two orders I placed in March one of which never has arrived The second I am still awaiting delivery I was told I never placed an order because I didn t receive an order number but the amount has been taken out of my bank account The contact form occasionally works Prior to this I received several orders 3 bottles of eye drops for 26 so much cheaper than buying via the chemist Up to this point I couldn t fault the company If they cannot provide the goods please refund the money

2 5 stars Very reasonably priced products but let down by slow delivery The estimate given at checkout of 2-5 days was misleading - my order took 15 days to arrive After emailing I was told there was a backlog of orders which it appears has been the case for quite some time judging by the other reviews Like most people buying medication I needed it promptly and would have been unlikely to go through with my order had I known how long it would take to arrive I feel it would be better to provide customers with an updated delivery estimate until the backlog is cleared
