Incredible service

Have ordered twice from Baby Nest now First order arrived as expected and was all great The second they have kept us updated with delivery estimates times and even let us change to a colourway with a shorter wait time Super helpful and friendly Highly recommend

Excellent customer service

I could not be more impressed with the customer service I have received We ordered our pram knowing there would be a delay due to shipping issues we have been kept well informed the whole way through with updates I would definitely recommend Baby Nest

Nuna Triv Next purchase

This was just a normal order but the customer service was great I initially got an email stating that it would take approximately 14 days to get the item delivered and if I am OK to wait After only 3 days I got a phone call to inform me that the item arrived early and asked if it s ok to have it delivered next day The staff seemed super friendly on the phone

I would give 6 starts if I could

Just brilliant They went above and beyond to dispatch my order the same day and deliver just on time for my trip I had my new stroller and all accessories next day on Saturday Great customer service good competitive prices and everything I wanted in stock That almost never happens I ll be using your online shop in the future I m sure

Absolutely fantastic customer service We had a delivery delay when purchasing our order due to unforseen circumstances and Baby Nest could not do more for us Kept us informed all the way through the process with updates about our purchase and delivery via phonecalls and emails Amazing would definitely shop here again

So pleased to see the buggy I wanted at a lower price than competitors Also had a discount code for 10 off meaning I almost saved 100 compared to John Lewis price Ordered Thursday morning and was delivered by Friday lunchtime Very very pleased

Great service from baby nest

Great service from baby nest I ordered the Joolz Aer stroller and bought the handlebar seperate They called me to double check the order as I had accidently chosen a different colour to the bar on the stroller The lady on the phone asked if I want the matching one and changed the colour on the order for me Product was dispatched immediately and I received it the next day

We made an in-store visit where the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable and made the purchase via the website Everything was smooth with regular updates on their side regarding delivery date and speedy delivery Very happy will shop again
