Great turnaround from support

Fair play to Cosatto This was originally a poor review after having a failed repair and lots of back and forth with support with no solution Spoke with Rachel just yesterday she acknowledged our timeline of multiple issues and presented us with multiple solutions to finally get it sorted We have received a replacement to resolve the fault already Amazing turnaround and we re grateful that we can use our Cosatto again for next baby coming shortly Massive thanks Rachel and everyone else involved

Excellent customer service

Our highchair arrived really quickly but unfortunately one of the parts wasn t working correctly I rang and spoke to a lovely customer service representative who was apologetic and got a new part sent out to arrive the next day He couldn t have been more helpful he even registered the guarantee for me The replacement part arrived the next day and works perfectly

Had a fault on the isofix my car seat was collected for free repaired and cleaned with its own car seat freshener The car seat was picked up on Thursday repaired and delivered back by Tuesday The car seat is as good as new thank you

Great stroller had one years ago and was a trusty friend saw us through years of walks holidays alsorts nice size basket generous hood cup holder easy to use only downside is quite long when folded Always good service with cosatto
