We ordered a pushchair carrycot and various other accessories which came to over 1 000 in April In June we rang them to find out if they had received the order The order was confirmed to be in stock told the shop we would collect it in August not a problem The end of July came rang to make sure it was ok to collect in August was told that some of the order was not in stock now and we would be called back within one week to confirm delivery of the rest of the items Did not receive a call back so chased them again and was told the same story I chased them again after a week and was told the order looked confusing as some of the items had been crossed off of our order form What I asked for the manager to call back 2 hours later still had no phone call To get the truth we drove down to the shop after feeling frustrated and ignored Upon arrival in the shop we were advised that they did not have any of our items and in fact never did In June they had received the wrong items from egg I guess it was eggs fault in their eyes To cut a long story short was told very unlikely to be able to get the pram that we wanted in time for babies delivery in 2 weeks or so and was badly let down by this store After this we did not trust them anymore after all of the lies they had spun us So we got a refund After a couple of hours research on the internet we managed to find the exact same system we had ordered and bought it from another store and it was delivered the very next day We received terrible customer service over a matter of months so I would not recommend this store

Ordered a cot which was in the sale to then receive an email saying they had priced it wrong and that they will not be processing the order Gave me the option to purchase at the correct price which I declined Service just awful this is their error and they should have still processed the order Maybe they should take more care in Making sure prices are correct before they advertise online Will not use this company again

Worst customer service I ve ever come across Ordered a car seat online was clearly sent the wrong colour after a number of email exchanges and pictures the company tried to convince me I was wrong They agreed on a return however I would have to cover the cost which is circa 28 I have since been to another shop to prove the colour they issued was wrong Never ever using the company again

The buying was very easy and their website is great as well However I will AVOID this company as long as they are using Diamond logistics for shipping My package has been changed for 3 couriers and always got shipping notification and get cancelled in few hours Item ordered last week still nothing
