Flexible and great customer service

The pushchair we d ordered needed to be ordered from the manufacturer and was going to be delayed 2 months Amir at babynest reached out to me via email to let me know We needed the pushchair quickly for an upcoming holiday so they allowed me to switch the colour to one they had available and the pushchair arrived promptly Really appreciate the due diligence by the team and very happy with the price purchase

Order was dispatched the same day and I received it the next Very happy with the fast delivery and the foot muff I ordered for my daughters buggy is super warm and luxurious Pleased with my order and would definitely order from this company again

After a huge mess up with Mamas and Papas we had cancel our pram order and try and find it elsewhere I found everything I needed with Baby Nest at the same price Mamas and Papas were selling for The delivery was absolutely rapid with it all arriving the next day in perfect condition Highly highly recommend Thank you

Excellent pricing and great customer service follow up The team rang to say my item was a special order and might be two weeks and checked that was ok It arrived earlier than expected which is always better than later

Baby Nest are an amazing company We first used them for our first child and they were so helpful and informative We really think they supported us to make the best choices The service was exceptional and so much more personal than the chains We have purchased all our baby products from them and they are always competitively priced We think this is a fab company

Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service I was accidentally sent the incorrect item I ordered the Reef Dune car seat universal adapter and the Dream adapter arrived instead I called up and explained the situation and was told the correct item would be sent out immediately on Monday I called on the Saturday and I would receive a returns form to send the incorrect item back with no cost to me My item was dispatched on Monday and arrived on the Wednesday It was so simple the lady on the phone was SO lovely and we ended up having a giggle about the situation I would highly recommend this company to anyone x

Babynest is an amazing business that never fails on delivery or customer service even called me once to tell me based on a previous order I d probably ordered the wrong high chair piece and they re almost always the best price Ordered a child s car seat for next day It arrived next day 10 cheaper than anywhere else even with the extra for next day delivery
