Over priced and crappy quality
This company is probably the worst I have ever dealt with I have already gone thru 3 of their FXRG clippers they cost me 200 and then the motor battery dies within a few months EVERY single one of them has crapped out on me When I went thru their customer service it took WAY too much trouble to get another set they warranty Their warranty sucks This brand sucks Wahls for life

Impossible to maintain
Warning If you want to have a chance to maintain your hairdrier to e g exchange the cord never buy this BabyLiss Pro product They use some special screws that prevents you from disassembling the product unless you have a very special screwdriver

No customer service poor quality product
None of the customer service channels respond It started 6 months ago and a full run around They keep passing the buck you are in Canada contact the Canadian Branch try their instagram their facebook etc No ones writes back no solution All I m asking for is a warranty covered cord that broke easily yes as someone else here said WAHL all the way

Better not need help from Babyliss
Not only do I have an issue with 2 Babyliss Pro clippers their Customer Service is totally non-responsive I started with the website completing the CS form An automated response stated I would receive a reply within 3 business days 5 days later I haven t heard from them In the meantime I have called the 800 customer service number 7 times I am on hold as I write this review I have been given wait times ranging from 40 minutes to an hour and 45 minutes wait time I never received a call back This time I am staying on the call if it takes 24 hours You have extremely poor customer service Totally non-responsive

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service I tried to cancel my order before were shipped but didn t work because I couldn t get help After I tried to get a refund and return the items but I never received a return label they said sent it by email in two business days The other option is to send the label by mail in 30 business days It is ridiculous I won t recommend this site nor buy anything again through this
