Quick delivery Great product I have a chin length layered bob It looks like I ve had a bouncy blow dry when I use the GHD rise Highly recommend Wish they did a hot brush with a smaller barrel for more defined curls for shorter hair because I would purchase that too

Amazing product max styler

I ve had ghds for years but last few years had a cheaper brand so after Christmas with the discounts I decided to purchase the max styler as my hair is very thick and curly and it s amazing bang straight and only takes around 15 minutes to do all my hair best purchase and very happy

Poor delivery

Very happy with the hairdryer I purchased however considering the price I feel GHD could use a better delivery company My purchase was delivered by Hermes I received a message from Hermes saying there was restriction issues getting to my property and could I send any info to them such as access codes I live in a house on a normal road with no restrictions I feel five days from order to receipt is too long Previous orders have been received next day from GHD Hermes is renowned for their poor service and I m surprised GHD choose to use them

Received in an efficient manner while i was waiting for my account to be debited and tracker updated

For future reference please don t omit to state my contact phone number on the parcel I have been lucky this time as the person handling parcel at our local DHL knew me and contacted however after 2 days of the parcel arrival Otherwise i was thrilled it arrived without expected

Item was lost by Hermes but a great customer service response from GHD

10 days after I ordered it my item it had still not arrived Although this is apparently the fault of the courier they chose to use Hermes GHD could see this on their tracking system and offered to send me a replacement via another courier Top marks for Victoria in customer service -

Always wanted some ghd hair straighteners They are top best Love the hair brush and the heat spray and hairspray are top quality The straightners themselves are sleek and stylish they are super quick to heat up and straighten my hair smooth I have mixed race hair so they are pretty amazing

Amazing

This is exactly what I was looking for I m due to become a first time mum very soon and my natural hair is very thick kinky wavy so I wanted something that would tame it without taking too long Obviously it is not designed to replace straighteners but it does an amazing job I read a few reviews complaining it was heavy it s not and also the on off button is forever being pressed when doing your hair however you have to hold it down for a few seconds to turn it on off so it doesn t affect the use at all
