Perfect Zero downtime

Bahnhof resolved my problem and my internet works well I recently signed up for home internet in Sweden using Bahnhof and the initial start wasn t good and I couldn t get the speeds I was promised There were a lot of phone calls and emails and I did have to contact the CEO Jon Karlung for a resolution but to Bahnhof s credit they resolved the problems I was having and my internet now works well to the speeds I signed up to Whilst my problems should have been addressed more quickly Bahnhof found a way to help me and persevered until my internet was working properly I will now stay with Bahnhof for my internet as I know if I do have any problems in the future Bahnhof will try and make sure they are resolved My trust and faith in Bahnhof has been restored and thank you for all your help especially to Jesper and Jon Karlung for helping me get the internet I wanted
