the worst EU train company in my experience

If I compare DB with other european train transportation companies with DB I had the worst experiences by far Endless delays often caneclled stops or even the entire connections not providing reasonable alterantives and very poor and confusing information on what is happening I come from Slovakia I thought we have bad trains but now Im always happy to be back home enjoying a bit more reliability We also used to have good buses in Bratislava region but since DB Arriva has bought the company it became horrible I hope DB will change its not matching with the overall good quality of services in Germany

shame the train that was supposed to go tonight from platform 18 at 03 22 from Frankfurt to Amsterdam did not announce the change of platform secondly the replacement train was broken and smelled terribly plus there was no place to sit so the passengers sat on the floor severe unprofessionalism and rudeness never again with DB

Total KATASTROPHE

Believe me one can lose everything in this one it s a loss of time loss of money you can lose your airplane ticket you can lose your next journey with other transportation mean the first class doesn t support Kinderwagen OMG Always repairing always delayed i don t know how people work on Germany They want to be Umwelt freundlich but the main thing in this that can be easily fixed is not efficient Dalys happen yes but not on every single journey OMG I only give them one credit though with all these bad reviews they re still working I really paid about 160 for my ticket

My friend was literally punched in the face by one of their employees NO JOKE We didn t do anything to provoke that Are they all insane We called the police on that punk Hopefully this degenerate will no longer be employed by the worst train service in the world But knowing them they ll probably give this worthless a-hole a promotion

For going germany forst train delay 1h40 so must stop and sleeping in Erfurt because no connexion For return after 15 minutes train stop W must change train and loose connexion Si sleeping Alain in Erfurt I love SNCF french train

Disrespect for customers health and safety

I m sitting trapped in a train between Bonn Beuel and K ln since one hour There has not been a single piece of information given from the train staff or through the app The displays indicate that the train will arrive at the destination within the next minute then the next I have no idea how long I will be stuck here or when I can expect to be at work I have only witnessed such blatant disrespect for paying customers time and physical health and safety a few times in the 7 countries I have lived Is it even legal to keep people locked up without possibility to get out or any information at all

It s just the worst travel experience I ever had They are late and now they have cancelled the train to Amsterdam without given proper alternatives for us to go to our destination We have been waiting 4 hours in the middle of NOWHERE and they are just keeping us here NO ANNOUNCEMENTS IN ENGLISH EVEN FOR INTERNATIONAL TRAINS I can t believe every time there s no one they can say that the hell is going on It s a tragedy Please instruct your staff on how to make announcements in English It s disappointing and disrespectful towards people that pay your service and don t speak German

Never on time zero customer service always some strikes or repairing going on Not proper contact person I could have given zero stars but unfortunately it is not an option

I usually refrain from negative feedback I planned for my journey on 27 Jan 2024 because of strike two weeks back And Now I can t exceed my date further I don t have other option than rather to take a cab which will cost me 110 EUR Also I have a Deutschland Ticket which is useless most of times because of strike Thank you DB If I had a choice I won t even give it a one star

The worst railway company in Europe Every time I go for a trip with DB there must be something wrong It has reached a point that I never really rely on the schedules and connections proposed by the official app Connections are missed 80 of the time The delay and cancellation record of DB is even worse than most railway companies in developing countries The level of service is truly an utter embarrassment for a nation that is known for being organized
