Awful experience
ICE speed train came 35 min late bad internet on board charging socket broken unfriendly stuff at some point train wasn t moving at all because other trains blocked the way and we were waiting for half an hour in the middif nowhere Eventually train came 1hr too late at M nchen Hbf Just sick for that price

I got yelled at by many workers
I got yelled at by a worker because I had my suitcase next to me there is no place anymore in the normal area for those then I went to the restaurant and had my suitcase where it bothered no one I got as well half yelled at then it was because my bag was on an EMPTY seat then because I was having one coffee and not eating even when I planned to order some food after my coffee which I told the person I would and finally because I was on the computer in the restaurent that wasn t full at all w t f

Deutsch Bahn is Often Late Bahn these days it is Streik Bahn
DB keep creating a lot of mental agony and we had to stay in cold for hours because of their often late train services added with GDL strike Deutsch Bahn should be embarrassed and quit leaving the way for new possible companies with better organization skills

Am very dissatisfied with the DB I paid the ICE ticket from the Airport since I thought it would be quicker only for the train to come 2hrs later The woman at the assistance was very rude and didn t want to talk to me She kept on sending me away while she was answering others I felt very disappointed DB has become very unreliable I missed my flight last time because of their unpunctuality Something should be done on the punctuality and the poor customer service

I think Uganda Somalia and Angola have better and more precise transportation via train Not even lyingIf I could put 0 i def would I missed my work traveling from work to home for like atleast 30-40 times last year What takes 20-25 mins on the paper for me is like 3 hours Sick of itThey literally changed the destination train had to go and left us at the next stop Thats like sh ing in our faces Germany needs more train companies to compete

This company eats my nerves each and every day A 55-minutes ride to work takes 2-3 hours on average One way Every day How can the DB management be so incompetent Anyone else would be fired after a couple of months Why are they still there being paid those salaries bonuses etc etc but they are so inept German punctuality is a concept unheard of in this company It s a commuter s worst nightmare

Terrible Experience with Deutsche Bahn A Warning to All TravelersI had an absolutely horrendous experience with Deutsche Bahn The booked journey was abruptly canceled with no alternative options provided I spent hours waiting on hold with their service hotline only to be met with incompetence and a complete lack of concern for providing adequate assistance Essentially there was no attempt whatsoever to offer a satisfactory resolution Adding insult to injury obtaining a refund is an ordeal in itself Instead of promptly reimbursing passengers for canceled journeys Deutsche Bahn forces them to wait until after the scheduled travel date leaving travelers in limbo unsure if and when they ll see their money again Furthermore the Deutsche Bahn app is an utter disaster failing miserably to provide even basic functionality In summary my experience with Deutsche Bahn was nothing short of a nightmare I strongly advise against using their services as the company demonstrates a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and fails miserably at providing a reliable and functional service
