Faultless - ordering delivery and meat quality

Recently ordered 8x lamb shanks and 2x lamb stocks for a special New Year s meal I was hesitant ordering meat online as usually buy in person however Bakkali did not disappoint They provided good delivery options as fast as next day and the delivery service was good providing me a 1hr window for delivery on the day The meat was packaged well and kept with frozen pouches The shanks themselves were very clean and was such good quality my family were absolute fans Cannot fault Bakkali and look forward to purchasing more from them in the near future

The app and website are user-friendly Moreover the cost of the items is good and the quality of the fresh produce be it meat vegetables or even fruits for that matter was amazing for me better than the produce available at the stores Bakkali provides good packaging of the goods even for the frozen items preventing any spillage during the transit

Supporting our young people with their fabulous service I ve been looking for a halal meat supplier for a while and tried many who unfortunately didn t did not deliver cost effective quality products These young lads are smashing it with the service and quality meat I waited until I tried all products in my first order before giving this review and they were all of good quality I ve placed my second order so hoping they keep up the good work The delivery driver also delivered with a smile which was a welcome bonus

A really happy experience

This is a really great company My order a product I have been having difficulty sourcing locally was delivered promptly and I was notified exactly when it was coming It consisted of glass bottles which are notoriously difficult to ship but each one was individually wrapped and there was no risk of breakage Plus the people I dealt with were friendly and helpful Would definitely shop there again

Great items you can t find in the usual shops

The range of items and and substitutions when items not available the ability to choose the preferred delivery date and how well packaged everything was I had glass bottles oils and frozen food in my order and everything arrived in one piece and still frozen

Quick despatch however packing was awful Product of 18 boxes arrived all jumbled and scattered Packing box far too big and no attemt made torestrain boxes A smaller packing box was required Also tape used to seal packing carton was almost useless especially when not applied the length of the join In summary good product speedy despatch and receipt appalling packing Will have to consider if I would purchase from this company in the future

Bakkali offer a very interesting selection of products This was my first order - Halal chicken legs and lamb chops are in the freezer Syrups etc are ready to go for the next marinade If you are at all adventurous with your cooking then give them a try Great customer service many thanks Ishan
