Bettina at Baldwins Travel was so helpful when we tried and failed ourselves to arrange our holiday She made contact with the appropriate agency on her day off on a bank holiday Monday Everything worked out well and we had the holiday of a lifetime We will definitely be going back when we next want to book a holiday- so much better than going online

Walking in Turkey

Great being organised We probably wouldn t have done it ourselves Staff at Baldwins always helpful and available for any help with any questions Also all ran smoothly including the transfer at the airport in Turkey All the arrangements with Explore holidays went according to plan on our week with them Our guide was excellent kept everyone in order with a great sense of humour and good knowledge of the route plus provided help with any individual problems arising The walk was well thought out with varied beautiful vistas of the coast mountains and amazing wild flowers and lovely tea stops and lifts for those flagging on route So thank you all for you care and attention to detail

Baldwins Lewes exemplary service

We have used Baldwins Lewes branch for a special holiday to Madeira last November and they were so helpful with giving us extra advice and tips for our holiday that we hadn t asked for They also sorted out an issue we had with the airline with a great result We re looking forward to a trip to Canada this summer which they have been organising for us with just the same level of top notch service Would highly recommend them

Carol was brilliant in planning our honeymoon She went above and beyond especially when we kept asking so many questions and queries on hotels and locations We went away for 2 5 weeks to Singapore and Vietnam and I cant recommend Baldwins enough for the insights and experiences that were arranged Thanks so much to Carol

Real help assurance and action in difficult times

We chose Baldwins in Lewes where we had gathered some brochures in the past We bought a Caribbean cruise with RCI We knew we could have done this online but we were glad we were assisted and advised by Nicki Bryan We hit real difficulties close to departure date and we threatened to cancel or postpone because of this but she was marvellous sorting out our options and securing a postponement which we may not need now Difficult times bring out the best and she is the best

Really great service from Sarah and her colleagues We hadn t been abroad since before COVID so we needed a lot of help Sarah was really patient and supportive and made everything much clearer Will be using Baldwins again
