Easier than booking direct Super-helpful team

I use Kenwood where possible for long haul holidays as they seem to have the greatest flexibility when choosing flights especially if you want to upgrade one way but not both You can also usually find direct flights that don t show up on Virgin or BA s site direct If you have to call them for help they re on the ball and super friendly Zeb sorted my seat query in seconds today
