I can happily recommend Balhousie Glazing Limited having dealt with them over the last few months regarding replacement windows and doors From the first day my enquiry was welcomed and dealt with in a very professional manner by Paul who took the time over several visits to explain pros and cons processes and timescales and costs At no point was the process forced or pushy - genuine advice and guidance was provided The team at the showroom were also very welcoming and allowed us all the time we needed to walk round and view the various products When it came to the installation Allan Peter were simply fantastic Hard working happy to answer my questions and give me pointers on future maintenance and super tidy Aside from the amazing new doors and windows you d not know they had been here during the day Stuart Paul and the team from the office also dropped by to make sure the install was going to plan A great company to deal with they take a genuine and proactive approach to all aspects Thank you

I haven t seen the windows yet as we
I haven t seen the windows yet as we are away on holiday but my sister was very impressed with the two window fitters and how efficient they were The windows look great from the photos I have seen

New double glazing significantly improves warmth
Windows arrived on time and were fitted extremely well The fit is first class i e no gaps The remedial work on replacing sills and surrounds was faultless The windows themselves look great and are a significant improvement over the previous 16 year old installation i e house is noticeably warmer and better acoustic insulation

Replacing sash and case windows in a Victorian house
Allan and Peter replaced 11 windows over the course of 3 days They did a very professional job and were diligent in tidying up at the end of each day They were careful to retain as much as possible of the original woodwork around the windows which was much appreciated
