First and last time ordering from them
First box was completely ripped item was damaged and banged up They sent a replacement and told me to discard the first one second one arrived in better but similar condition Now they re blaming the carrier FedEx and also saying they ve never had this issue with this item before as if that s supposed to make this all okay Tired of their snarky CS rep I filed a complaint with the BBB now they re asking me to take a 50lb hitch to FedEx and ship it back to them at my expense For the sake of time I ll probably drop the BBB complaint re-paint the hitch myself and cut my losses And obviously never ever engage with BAM Wholesale Parts again I ve learned my lesson Take your business elsewhere Once these guys have your money they don t care about you anymore Customer support staff is extremely rude and unprofessional very good at gaslighting
