Bryce helped me out big time today Here is why I don t shop at CarID anymore and will be coming back to AutoAnything THIS IS MY CARID EXPERIENCE Took live chat 1 hour to figure out if something was available or not They told me that a 2004 Ford F-150 Heritage and a 2004 New Style was the same thing HA I was told it was available so I ordered then it said 6 to 8 weeks after ordering I was still on live Chat after I ordered it and said that doesn t work please cancel She said she couldn t and while I was typing she ended the chat Thanks Carolyn So I called in and someone on the other line was telling me they will try to stop it but she couldn t promise me it wouldn t ship Keep in mind this is a product that takes 6 to 8 weeks to ship and now they can t immediately cancel the order So I get back on Live Chat and explain I need to cancel this order and could she find me something comparable It took her 5 minutes but she found something that was twice the price as what I had ordered During my wait I found a similar product on her website and gave her the info and she kept telling me it wouldn t work Finally after giving her the link to what I was looking at she said this will fit your vehicle However I can t give you a discount on it WHY NOT It doesn t qualify So again while I was typing a response this new lady ends the chat Thanks Shelly GOOD NEWS I went to AutoAnything com and told Bryce about my experience He not only found what I was looking for instantly but he also explained the difference between the Heritage and the New Style Ford F-150 that took place in 2004 Imagine that someone selling auto parts that actually knows something about autos Thank you AUTOANYTHING

Found site by chance But i tell you it was well worth the chance I had them make a dash cover for my 2016 Dodge Ram 1500 and they made it so well It Fit Perfect Very Happy with the work I will pass the word on to my friends and othersIt came with instructions and all the items to attach it perfectly

I ordered seat covers and when they came they were great The driver s side fit nice but the passenger s side back portion was a bit too short I called and Mike L with customer service helped me out He was nice friendly funny and most of all very helpful He worked with me figure out step by step which seats I have and which covers are correctly needed for them He said no problem and they can help take care off this and fix the problem He was able to set it up so I can send my covers back and they will send out the correct ones I told him out of any company customer service I have ever had this is the best I also mentioned that I usually avoid the phone or online surveys after customer service but if they had one I would go out of my way to give him 5 5 stars A all excellent reviews I mentioned how customer service is more important than any issues with products as another company I had an issue with had a fine product but terrible customer service and it was enough to not want to do business with them Overall happy so far the products were great and the driver side was great just a bit wrong size with the passenger s side and which model seats I had Thank you Mike L for helping fix the issue and definitely made my day better just talking with him Keep him around

Beware of their warranty

Ordered a saddle man seat cover for f450 Did not come close to fitting Requested a return authorization and they wanted pictures showing reasons for request They then wanted 20 percent restock fee AND 14 95 for a shipping label Not my fault it did not fit but they end up with the seat cover to sell someone else and more of my money than I get back with their guarantees Bbuyer beware and look at their google ratings
