Again i sit in phuket internationale airport and wait for my airplane from bangkok airways and again it is delay 4 out of 5 times there plain is delayed this is absolutely last time I book fly from bangkok airways You are a decrease the way you treat your costumes is below everything

Summary TerribleIt s a more expensive airline to go with and you get less than the most economic flight companies You just pay more for something very bad Flight not on time delays Crew not helpful or friendly at all Old and dirty plane was suprise we got there at all Check in terrible slow - not friendly staff at all Total disrespect for other nationalities All in all it was the customer service that was the most shocking and terrible with this airline Will bring complaint to The Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand CAAT Will form an official complaint about this airline Further i advise to take their license away especially for health and safety reasons and total disrespect for people and their different nationalities I choose to not go into detail about the harassment and what the crew said FIRST AND LAST TIME WITH THIS AIRLINE I Always travel with other airlines now How is it possible an airline like this are running Worst experience i ever had with an airline

Had to pay double No help from customer service
We were a group of six who booked a round trip with Bangkok Airways from Bangkok to Koh Samui Due to an oversight on our part we missed our initial flight to Koh Samui which resulted in us having to purchase new tickets to reach our destination We fully acknowledge this mistake on our end However what truly shocked us was discovering that our return tickets had been invalidated by the airline when it was time for our return journey Despite having contacted Bangkok Airways on three separate occasions to address the issue of our missed outbound flight it was never mentioned that we needed to officially cancel the original ticket to ensure our return ticket remained valid This led to us having to pay for additional tickets effectively meaning we paid double the price for our trip a costly lesson indeed Our experience with Bangkok Airways customer service has been deeply disappointing Failing to inform us about critical conditions affecting our booking is unacceptable and demonstrates a serious lack of communication and customer care on their part This level of service is not what one expects from an airline that markets itself as a premium option for travelers For us this experience was not just frustrating but also financially burdensome and it s something we would not want other travelers to go through We urge Bangkok Airways to reconsider their procedures regarding customer communication and ticket cancellation policies to prevent other travelers from ending up in similar situations

This is probably the worst airline to fly with From check in to arrival- just terrible Old Airbus plane that wasn t good clean Check in discriminating and I actually had to make an official complaint about this airline to the Aviation Authorities in Thailand This company shouldn t not have permission to conduct business when they treat passengers like this and it s planes old and can be a safety issue if they not do regular service as example C-check maintenance The plane was dirty and in terrible shape The check in didn t know destination policy and say that need a confirmed hotel reservation at your destination at all the stay I check with Vietnamese authorities and they simply explains that Bangkok Airways was wrong and was wrongfully denied entrance I have travel many times on this route with Air Asia and never any problem The discrimination as a European from Bangkok Airways at the check in was the worst experience as a passenger First and last time Don t fly Bangkok Airways

Unable to get a live agent Attempted to call many times and use social media avenues and email but they were unhelpful in giving flexible travel credit or refunds based on the recent epidemic I cannot get into the country to take the flights scheduled

Hello it s still unfortunate that we have to send you 50 emails for a request for assistance for a wheelchair from your company Bangkok Koh Samui I repeat that I can set up a footbridge it will save you from me ask again In December I made the same request and I waited a month so each time you are contacted stop saying that given the number of requests you will deal with my problem within 48 hours Turkish Airlines which is a major company answered me in two days You are really not serious I will not fail to indicate it on the site of the reviews of the Bangkok Airways

Disgusting service shame on you
You manage to delay our luggage on arrival in Samui and on departure you opened our checked luggage and confiscated our souvenir gifts 5 lighters although they where empty and securely stored so no danger at all Bangkok airways never ever again
