Having been a member of a number of gyms I have the experience to comment on my first day at Bannatyne Staff were welcoming and friendly the changing rooms were clean and functioning and the cardio equipment actually worked if you wanted to use visual aids whilst working out I am pleased to say I ve made the right decision to join Thanks

Really good quality of control about

Really good quality of control about the cleaning of before and after using the machines to the amount of people allowed to be in the swimming pool plus the amount of places to keep you safe and healthy whilst training I recommend bannatyne as they look after you for what you can give and how you can train and that there classes help you to feel better with yourself

The gym it s great however I did notice when I went in the gym Saturday morning the lady on reception with blonde hair was very rude and abrupt with the way she told me to stand outside to take my Temperature I explained I was new Member she did not react to this Maybe a lesion is customer service for her would be useful All other staff have been nice and friendly

I joined in person Sarah and Sheila were so helpful with everything They went through the whole process with me explained what was included in the membership what classes are on offer and showed me where everything was I ve been to the gym everyday since I purchased my membership as any anxiety I had about joining a new gym was sorted out by the helpful staff members If I could give it more than 5 stars I would

Best Gym all round

One of the best gyms in the locality it is expensive but when you look at the quality of the machines and cleanliness of the establishment you are definitely getting your moneys worth It has all amenities under one roof the swimming area is immaculate and hygienic the staff are wonderful and very helpful With Covid19 there is ample amount of cleaning done by both customers after usage of machinery and the staff

Pre lockdown I used my local district

Pre lockdown I used my local district authority leisure centre during lockdown i suffered a disc problem in my back an started to use a private physio company based in the same building as my local Bannatynes I took the chance one day to have a guided tour and was well impressed and joined on a 5 day off peak membership I am retired and for what I get i am well impressed with both the value for money and standard of service

amazing staff very efficient you feel totally covid safe here temperature checks and people constantly cleaning everywhere hand sanitizer spacious changing rooms very professional approach lots of classes pool clean I LOVE THE FACT MOBILES HAVE TO BE SWITCHED OFF - Hot showers hairdryers swimming costume drying machine what is not to like

Staff were very helpful and friendly They made the joining process easy I was able to start classes right away The way they are coping with COVID is exceptional Cleaning rooms before each class sanitising stations throughout the building You really feel safe and able to enjoy your exercise Choosing Bannatynes to join was the best thing I have done this year

Lovely gym very helpful reception staff

Lovely gym although I only use it for swimming I am very impressed with the facilities Just a tiny criticism the pool water could be a bit warmer but it s not a major thing I must say the reception staff are so nice and helpful especially Mandy at your Mansfield gym she really helped me this morning when I couldn t log on to the web site nothing was too much trouble for her
