Wow The staff were amazingly helpful the trainer was fantastic and took ever so much interest to ensure I was doing the right thing and following her instructions to ensure safety I was very pleased with the service

I ve joined the Virgin Gym on the Strand in London recently and very happy with the experience The gym and pool are great with access to some great rewards and a free Personal Trainer session I m looking forward too
