Polite and helpful response from Yasser to my initial telephone inquiry He then provided a quotation for the exact Franke stainless-steel sink I required that was lower than any other price I had seen online He placed the order and kept me fully informed by email of the details and delivery arrangements I was advised by the courier regarding the delivery and it arrived on time only four days after the order had been placed Excellent service throughout and thank you Yasser

I have no real complaint of Banyo I did not read all of the delivery information Having placed the order only picking up the 3 to 4 day delivery time frame Ricky got back in touch by email saying that the supplier had quoted 4 to 6 week delivery time frame and was this acceptable or did I want to cancel the order I said OK and any questions I had they looked into and got back to me One question was about a text which said the shipper did not have a full address There were some things in the text I did not like So I emailed Ricky about it and he confirmed that the shipper did have my full address and I should be careful if I replied to it So I think that says it all and yes I would use them again
