Excellent credit card for overseas use

The Barclaycard Rewards credit card is among the best for overseas use fair exchange rates no commission and widely accepted You can even withdraw foreign cash when overseas without paying interest provided of course that you repay your monthly bill in full There is also modest cashback paid on some purchases The website is intuitive and helpful

Exceptional customer service For a few months I had not been receiving my statements and inadvertently I had being paying interet which I was unaware of I called customer services and explained I always pay in full and they could check the record to which they agreed and without any hassle immediately refunded 4 months interest I was very happy that they understood my record and without a fuss gave back the interest Exceptional customer service especially Sally she was so polite and courteous perfect person for the job

I wrote to Barclaycard because I thought something was not right They called me and put it right Surprised that I needed to use paper envelope and stamp but none the less solved

A Great Visa Card

I have been with Barclaycard Visa for the past 20 years I personally have found the staff really polite professional and helpful from resetting pins to resolving disputes with rouge tradespeople and getting refunds back

A bank that has been around a long time

Although I no longer have a bank account with then I do have a credit card with Barclays Even now still the highest credit limit no problems with customer service and 0 25 reward I know not a lot but better than nothing

Can t really say anything bad about

Can t really say anything bad about them My credit rating wasn t the best in the past so had cards with really high rates I have been careful and improved my rating over a couple of years I done an eligibility check online and it said I could probably have the card I wanted so I applied I then had to wait for somebody to manually check before they offered the card Took two days for them to agree Its a balance transfer card with a 0 period so I can save money by moving the balance of my other cards
