Doesn t deserve a 1 3 rating on trust pilot
Only reviewed as saw score so bad Been with them years with original Cashback card good customer service some chargeback success with PayPal issues and any problems dealt with swiftly Not as good as they used to be but still one of the better ones out there Would recommend

Never had an issue with Barclaycard for
Never had an issue with Barclaycard for the 5 years I ve been with them They have really good app where you can track and make payments and also provides you with a credit Score from Experian free of charge I have two cards with Barclays and both are linked to the app Customer Service isn t bad either as I lost my card a few times and they re issued one within a week

Good listening
Unfortunately today there was a problem with 0 and was potentially going to be a big set back for me Went through to Complaints Dept and spoke to a very helpful person called Milan Although he couldn t provide an offer he was able to resolve my problem as well as provide a different solution in a manner i wouldn t have thought of 5

Great service from Keavey
I dealt with Keavey - she was amazing I was really stressed as a pending transaction was put on my account that I hadn t authorized and I was worried as it exceeded my credit limit I spent a while back and forth with the automated service so was a bit more frustrated when I got through to someone but Keavey was lovely she stayed on the line and discussed with the relevant departments to get a resolve for me She was incredibly personable and really reassured as well as getting a satisfactory result and giving me contact details and a plan B if required Great service from Keavey

Very Good At Fraud Control
It s very rare indeed that I praise a megacorp but in five days flat Barclaycard alerted me to a hack sent me a new card and refunded all the money Awesome I m a very satisfied customer I suspect they are prioritising fraud control above other issues so I understand why there are so many bad reviews here My experience however was a good one

GOOD SERVICE IN DIFFICULT TIMES
I would like to thank Barclaycard for a very prompt efficient service in the current climate I reported a potential compromised card on Easter Saturday and was advised a new card would be with me in approx 5 working days I was pleasantly suprised when my new card arrived to-day Thursday especially as not only are we in lock down but also a bank holiday Well done all of you

Customer Service- the best
I m always quick to post bad reviews but less so when it s good I ve always had great service from the Barclaycard team Our holiday company went bust 3 days before we were due to fly Barclaycard refunded my money and paid the difference in price for the new accommodation I thanked them at the time but just publicly wanted to say a massive THANKS You were my rock at that time I m currently dealing with a rubbish company and trying to get my money back on faulty goods and how I m wishing I d paid with Barclaycard

If I had written this review about 3 hours ago I must say it would ve been dreadful 2 hours on the phone to 3 different advisors all who advised me that my problem couldn t be resolved I received a call just now from Nikki Waller and she resolved my problem immediately I m so grateful as I was on the verge of giving up Thank you Nikki for all your help and for taking time out of your day to help me with my problem It means a lot

I have just taken out a Barclaycard and
I have just taken out a Barclaycard and whilst it was a nuisance having to upload proof of my income once I did I was given a higher credit limit immediately I needed to contact customer services about getting a PINsentry card reader and I used the online message centre I received an answer within a couple of hours and they could not be more helpful I haven t used my card yet so I can only speak as I find and that is I have received a first class service from Barclaycard
