Bad experience I bought wardrobe which spouse to be delivered between 3-6 working days Unfortunately that never happened They shouldn t deal with Ontime couriers

No delivery money kept as hostage

Ordered product online with delivery They promised in 72 hours delivery company will contact now 190 hours still no contact Customer service is very unhelpful and unwilling to give any estimates Since they broke their initial deliver schedule promise I thought I could just unwind the deal but that s not the case with Bauhaus as they are keeping my money as a hostage until they have received the product back to their warehouse I trusted this company due to it s reputation and scale of operation I ll never make the same mistake again 0 5 would not recommend Edit still no product or refund After 3 hours of e-mailing chatting and phone calls they still can not tell me if or when they are able to deliver me my order and if I want to cancel when I am able to get my money back

Extremely Disappointed with Customer Service and Delivery Issues

I had a frustrating experience with BAUHAUS particularly with their customer service and delivery process I ordered corrugated sheets ref 30723474 in black but received gray ones instead and they arrived with a significant delay Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue I was told that there was no stock for a replacement I even proposed receiving black sheets of a different size as compensation but my request was repeatedly ignored To make matters worse a 45 compensation that was promised due to the delay has still not been processed weeks later The lack of communication and failure to resolve the problem has been extremely disappointing I expected much better service from a company like BAUHAUS Unfortunately I can t recommend them based on this experience

We refuse to deliver there

Ordered two roof panels and some 3m timbers Nothing too much I thought 3-6 days to deliver Two weeks later nothing and the delivery company say they won t deliver in small streets the same street we built a house is So gave them a nearby drop off and still nothing Arrogant lazy inefficient and just a waste of time My advice is avoid their offers as they can t back them up

Delivery never came No answer from customer service

I ordered material a month ago for my garden makeover My order was not delivered on time actually it haven arrived till today As I haven t received any answer by email Whatsapp messengeren chat and phone except the automatic reply I still don t know anything about my order I complained in writing but was no use They don t care Nobody answers It s the Spanish mentality I guess Very disappointing for an international company to keep that kind of low niveau service

Terrible delivery and customer service Having spent 1400 euros in store on garden furniture and being agreed it s all in stock and will be delivered in 4 days with a phone call from driver 1hr prior to delivery Contacted customer service on the 5th day to ask what happened no delivery or phone call New date given for 3days time No delivery again New date further 4days time Now into 4th weekend still no delivery or call to explain Sick and tired of customer service not responding About to cancel my order but will I get a refund

Ordered some granite slabs online 3-6 days delivery 6 days later I can t even get a response to emails phone calls or what s Ap No refund no material causing extreme delay to finishing my pool project Extremely frustrating if no materials by Monday which reading other reviews I doubt will happen I will report to my bank as a fraud scam

order number ES32847594 14 07 2024 Forex Factory wardrop I made my order which it was supposed to be deliver in max 4 days I have not received the order I have not been advised by the delay til I call my self They told me yesterday oh the transport company should contact you yesterday and then the transport company can t find it I send email for 2 day ago asking about the order with no answear and now they told me I have to wait 48 houres to get my money back After they delayed the order without telling me no compensation very bad experience be very carful with this company
