The microwave functionality stopped

The microwave functionality stopped working in my built-in combi oven So I arranged for a NEFF engineer to come and fix He told me that he could replace the magnetron but then it might have blown the board and then that would need replaced etc so I have a callout charge of 106 which I ve paid and on top of that I would need to pay hundreds of pounds more in parts that might or might not fix the problem The engineer said that they don t manufacture the magnetron component so it s not their fault Come on I have only used the oven for three years from new so really disappointing It s the last time I will ever buy a NEFF NEFF should have had a conversation by phone with me about the likely prognosis before a NEFF engineer comes out to basically stand there and tell me the above at a cost of 106 I m not happy

Neff Combination oven microwave poor quality

I purchased a Neff combination Oven Microwave 5 1 2 years ago 2018 costing over 1000 Warranty expires after 2 years When using the microwave this week a metal part fell from the roof due to rust therefore not safe to use I have maintained my appliance well using the pyrolytic function regularly which I have loved I contacted Neff customer service call advisor and manager very nice and polite who advised I would need to pay a engineer call out fee 117 or subscribe to a monthly warranty scheme costing over 214 per year Purchasing a premium product surely you would expect it to last over 5 1 2 years internet search suggests between 10-15 years for oven appliances Not for this Neff appliance The oven has functioned well However the microwave even at Max takes a long time for food to cook compared to my old microwave over 20 years old and the condensation does not clear unless you keep the door open head injury in the waiting Microwave popcorn takes 5 mins when should only be 3 mins My experience is that this combination oven microwave is NOT a premium product and NOT good value for money as only lasts just over 5 years This is a massive shame as it s looks good and is a massive space saver in the kitchen Neff I am very disappointed in your response

My neff oven and combination oven purchased 7yrs ago has fallen apart seal on oven door replaced twice in 7 years slide and hide door jamed Combination oven grill node kept tripping my electric then a brackets fell off iin my lasagne to my husbands horror It was supporting a plate above the grill element what a pile of crap 1500 paid new 7 years ago wouls expect a high brand to last longer

Terrible costumer service

Terrible costumer service Contacted customer service for checking my microwave still in manufacture warranty and operator double checked with manager and said that the warranty is valid for internal parts and neff booked engineer When engineer came checked said he has ordered the internal part from Germany and we shall wait to the call in order to get it fixed next day they slit was in the post box to say warranty is not valid

Just had an interesting chat with call handler with regards to repair of neff dishwasher Currently with Zest as an insurance company for repair on monthly bases They had arranged with Neff for an engineer with authorisation number and code for engineer However because Neff hadn t heard with Zest and ONLY deals with Domestic and General she could not deal with the matter over the phone only by e mail The world has gone barking made All information they required was with me

Had a new kitchen fitted just over 2 years ago bought Neff appliances which included a built in microwave which wasn t cheap We do not use the microwave often and disappointed that it s showing a fault which means it s not usable Just rang customer service and it was like speaking to a robot not what expected couldn t tell me what the fault code meant and just said an engineer needs to come out at 106 plus vat then need to pay for whatever parts need replacing I already knew what the issue was as i looked the fault code up online myself After spending that amount on a microwave and for it to develop a fault and the poor customer service received sadly I will not be recommending Since posting this review I looked at previous negative reviews on here and there is a post identical to my situation so clearly not a one off

Neff is Naff

I have been very impressed with Neff ovens and hobs so I bought a Neff dishwasher It is appalling The racks and separators are constantly falling off and the appliance does not dry the dishes properly Never again

Neff are very deceitful beautiful products

Neff are very beautiful products but they do not have any after sales and let this customer to replace all of the Neff products because of lack of serviceable items or spare parts

Ordered an oven seal

Ordered an oven seal my E-Nr U1ACE5HNOB 50 did not appear on the list so used the nearest one ending 30 50 Received but too thick Telehoned nice lady gave E-Nr she said Whoopps obviously the same happened to her Few more clicks and a spare part number was given On re-ordering on the spare part number the correct E-Nr appears on does this fit my appliance The site should be corrected Also no offer has been made to refund me the considerable amount spent on postage for their mistake
