bax stole my money
TLDR I cannot recommend this store Bax stole my money I still hope I can get it back Service sucks and the physical stores have no stock I ordered a guitar at 27 off last year along with an amp on the over the phone because I wanted confirmation that I could pick it up at least that week At the time I thought I was doing the deal of a lifetime A few days later I still had not received a confirmation email to pick up my guitar and amp Meanwhile I saw on my invoice that I received by email that there was an amplifier on there that I did not order When I called the service desk to correct this mistake the delivery time of the guitar had apparently also increased to 15 working days I had the amplifier cancelled because the delivery time of the amplifier I wanted was even longer and decided to wait patiently for the guitar A week later I received an email that the delivery time of my guitar had now increased to 26 weeks and that my discount was no longer valid on this guitar I could impose the 27 and then wait 26 weeks if I still wanted the guitar I of course had the whole order cancelled and was deeply disappointed in Bax I am not going to wait six months for a guitar that I have to pay extra for Now we are several weeks later and I still don t have my money back The service desk doesn t reply to my mails and doesn t answer the phone I don t know what to do I paid bax 1200 euros and only got frustration in return Now it seems like they don t want to pay me back The service desk people are not friendly passive aggressive and have no product knowledge In the physical store I have also been twice for help but apparently they have nothing to say there everything is determined in the Netherlands and there they apparently do not even answer the phone for their Belgian colleagues They didn t have many guitars or amps in stock in that store either I do not understand how such a webshop survives in 2022 Be warned edit in response to Bax s reply I have not received a payment nor have I received a reply from the servicedesk that they are going to pay me back Yet another lie from Bax Why are you replying on my reviews instead of replying to my email You should invest your time in replying to emails and helping your customers This review would not exist if you would do your job properly

Bax Music has terrible customer service
Bax Music has terrible customer service The worst experience that I ever had with a company They sold me a synthesiser sound module that were supposed to be brand new but it turn out to be faulty from the start it was most likely a second hand unit that they had sold me Their own repair shop wrote that the unit had been opened and destroyed from the inside by a user Bax Music refused to replace the pre-used unit with a new one I had paid for a new unit Instead they tried to repair the unit several times without success This costed me a lot of time and effort in e-mails phone calls and trips back and forth to the postal office I spent hours trying to get them to fix the problem and I have spent 4-5 months waiting for a functioning unit The unit was send back and forth several times Still Bax would not replace the unit with a new one The unit is still broken The custom service has been slow from the start Some of the times when I called Bax customer service in the beginning they did answer the phone and promised that someone in the service department will call you back later today but they almost never did call me back You then have to spend time and call them again and again until you get to speak to someone at the returns department Lately Bax have gotten progressively worse to get hold of For the last 3-4 weeks they have completely stopped answering any phone calls even though I have called almost daily and have spend long time in their automatic phone cue No answer at all I have tried the national phone number as well as their international phone numbers and I have tried to contact them via e-mail Some of the staff have been very polite and nice and I hope no shadow fall on these individuals Clearly the staff have not been given the proper mandate by the company to solve the situation The company seems to have organisational problems and their lack of decent service is terrible for the customer when something is not working properly Bax Music have refused to replace the unit and they have offered ZERO compensation for all the trouble that they have put the customer through

Do NOT Use This Company - Not Trustworthy Zero Contact
Over a week ago I placed an order with Bax Music for some Sennheiser headphones that were showing as in stock Delivery should have been made a week last Thursday I received correspondence from Hermes on Thursday stating an attempted delivery was made that evening It was not - 3 adults were home and our doorbell is exceedingly loud I received additional information via the Hermes app to say a redelivery would be attempted the next business day It was not Nor the next nor any time since Attempting to contact Hermes was as usual utterly fruitless they are the very worst example of a logistics company and their customer service is a misnomer as it does not exist Even their drivers cannot escalate an issue on their customer s behalf The Hermes website said to contact the retailer directly Bax Music have so far failed to respond to 3 eMails and have not once answered any one of 5 phone calls where I ve been placed on hold for 15 minutes each time There are hundreds of recent complaints about Bax Music on TrustPilot and elsewhere including a dedicated Facebook page concerning complaints about this company Do NOT trust this company I would appear the company has failed but are still taking orders especially given the nature of the other reviews on this and other websites

Fraud company
Fraud company after returning a product the company is lying about giving me my refund its been 6 months now and they still haven t refunded me a measly 34 99 it was supposed to be 54 99 but they deducted money because refund was requested after 30 days but i had a 2 year warranty with Bax-Music this is just totally unacceptable and wrong to do this to someone they basically stole money from me bunch of lying crooks obviously these comments are not all genuine they go all out of their way to buy fake reviews rather than to provide customers with genuine service avoid them at all costs or don t do as you please

I haven t received my speakers and it is for about 3 months I guess they dont exist I am going to talk to an government help service and talk to them I guess it is an scam firma I have also change speakers to speed up the expedition 3 to 5 days and it has taken 3 weeks and no speakers

Awful
Awful Again again and again I purchased a brand new NI S8 controller on the 29th of April I received a B-stock one instead returned it and by the 11th May they received the parcel in their warehouses Today is the 1st of June no one told me anything I still did not receive my refund I spoke with the customer service and they told me they d get back still no one contacted me This is already the third time they play this game and a lot of other customers had the same experience so it means this their way of working For sure is going to be my last time I deal with them but i really suggest you to look for somewhere else professional Really the worst experience ever in purchasing equipment I really do not suggest it
