No customer service whatsoever
I ordered a beautiful glass lamp from them It arrived well packaged etc However the lamp is completely tilted when I try to hang it up the glass must be uneven and much heavier on one side and therefore looks very strange I sent three emails asking for help advice and have received no answer whatsoever

Super slow delivery
It took 4 weeks for my goods to be delivered instead of promised 10 business days Tracking didn t work Customer support doesn t work that well either Because of the above after some point I thought it was scam and gave up on this order Goods I ordered was alright tho
