Quick and simple delivery

Absolutely fantastic ordered my hair it came within 3 days and I was informed all the way When it arrived it was in good condition and the colour was perfect Thank you me and my daughter will be shopping here in future

If I could give zero stars I would The products they sent is tracked however its been 3 weeks and I haven t received this royal mail had carried out the investigation the product is lost I contacted the customer service support team of beautizone They haven t sent replacement products or even offered my a re-fund I m out of pocket of around 30 in which I paid for products i did NOT receive i will report this company to trading standards and offcom Do not purchase as this company like to take money but fail to deliver a service or take responsibility even though the company can claim insurance through Royal mail im left without products and they taken my money

One of my worst online shopping experience They are seriously ridiculous My goodness the oils they sent me wasn t what was advertised and their products are unnecessarily more expensive than the prices from other places All I can say is do not buy anything from them if you want original products I wish I had read the the reviews before patronising them I had to spend extra money to send the products back to them couldn t use them USELESS

Very Poor or no Communication Waiting for an order to be deliverd

Waiting for an order destination UKI ordered a product from this website and paid 3 99 for the delivery The Item I ordered showing In Stock when I placed the order and I just checked the product is still In Stock on their website it s been 9 days since I placed the order and still waiting to be delivered Sent many emails to customer service but no reply I m going to request for a refund if I dont get the item delivered in next 2 days Very poor communication and a complete waste of time Just Avoid it if you can

Wrong shade used bottle

I ordered 10 bottles of Adore Truly Red and received 10 bottles of Adore Ruby Red One of the bottles also had no seal and had been used as it was only filled about halfway This was my first time ever ordering from this store and it ll definitely be my last time Extremely disappointed

Worst experience I ve ever had

I recieved the wrong shade of hair dye and one of them looked like it had been used At one point they asked me to change my previous review as it would hurt their small business which is highly unethical aswell as unprofessional This is the first and last time I ll be ordering from this company and I ll make sure to tell my friends family and followers to boycott them

edit after Beautizone response Their response is not what happened After Beautizone refused to refund I contacted PayPal who agreed that the products weren t genuine and therefore refunded the money Original review Purchased some Shea moisture products around a month ago when they arrived the packaging was completely different to my original products so I questioned this with the company They convinced my they were real with new packaging so I kept them Now that I have actually opened the products and used them can tell they definitely are not legit as my hair feels AWFUL Don t waste your money

I ordered my products on Wednesday and paid for express delivery today is Sunday and I haven t heard from the company - no shipping or dispatch information I must say I am disappointed because I emailed them and have not received any response my hair appointment is tomorrow and I have nothing to use
