Don t buy from this company

EDIT after leaving this review Beautizone contacted me to apologise for the slow delivery and lack of contact and refunded the cost of express delivery I feel this was a fair way to deal with the issue and I am satisfied with their response Don t buy from this company I ordered some hair for braiding and paid for Express delivery which promised 1-3 working days 7 days later I received my order This was too late for my hair appointment and completely defeats the expensive delivery charge for express To make matters worse I complained via the live chat via Instagram and via email and I haven t received any response for over two weeks Beautizone unfortunately is unreliable don t waste your money on them

No delivery only scam

Its been over 7 days and i have not received the product I ordered No response to email or phone Looks like a scam Eventually I did receive the product with different tracking number i e It was reposted Thanks

Good range and delivery but must open eyes to customer service and satisfaction

I received my item of Luster sprays yes all good but at the time of ordering I forgot one product to add I emailed you at the same time of the spray order asking for you to add the item but you failed to complete that Well over a week later you send an email murmuring that it was out of stock which is why it couldn t be added Indeed bizarre Well at the time it was on screen saying many available - Unfortunately customer service is lacking here and a lane duck excuse email is not going to cut the mustard Let s be professional and have an attitude for open business Not this snakes and ladders Additionally your prices could be more competitive too Including discounts I may order again to see if lightning can strikes twice If so I walk

Ordered from Portugal the items arrived in the predicted schedule and in perfect condition The prices are very good too Since UK is officialy out of the EU don t know if I ll be ordering again as I don t want to have to pay import duties If you live in the UK I recommend 100 Very pleased with the overall service One thing to note the delivery time could be better 3-5 working days instead of 5-7 given its cost

Very good and fast dispatch delivery Price is double now that this product is discontinued which is unfortunate but other than that great service Will use again

Did not receive my full order but they

I loved the price and dispatch time I was a little disappointed with the hair the picture was ombre I got black blonde separate We made it work The rubber bands were the best I d used not one snapped I would order from beautizone again

Colour was perfect only fades after 3 washes

Did not receive my full order initially but this issue has been resolved Update There was a slight mixup and customer service have been really friendly and are resolving the issue Will be shopping here againWill be shopping here again

Products are in good prices but postage

Great experience While the pandemic is still active COVID 19 I ordered on May 16th and received it today May 25th in France An email has been sent quickly to inform that the package was on its way and the team seems reactive I ll order from them again NB several weeks later I wanted to order again but was trying to get some info first the reactivity was not the same and when I finally get an answer that said they would get back to me Never heard of them again so
