Ordered some hair products over 3 weeks ago It still hasn t arrived even after emailing twice The delivery time stated 2-4 days Scam website

I ordered 4 items and even though payment was taken 20 days later still no product and no response to enquiries Royal mail have not even received the items to ship Absolutely disgusted with the customer service Good job I used PayPal so I got refund from them

Missing items

The hair i ordered seems good quality although i am yet to use it so i will edit at a later date with an update however my issue is that i also ordered a spandex hair wrap that was not delivered with the hair i emailed them saying i would still like the product or they can refund me and they responded to say they had sent out a replacement hair wrap but 2 weeks later and i still do not have the hair wrap or my money back

I feel let down

Tried to phone company 0208 640 8595 at least 8 or 9 times during the week to find out if they had my order in stock Nobody ever answered the phone on that number So I Emailed them this morning I was informed that Royal Mail had NOT shown any updates since dispatch They did however give me an instant refund I m a bit suspicious as the product on order miraculously disappeared from their website

Terrible use of packaging - very Bad for the environment

They used SO much bubble wrap for these plastic products that receiving them was quite a shock - terrible consideration of the environment Please try and reduce waste

Waiting a order destination France

Hello I ordered few products from this website to be delievery in France it s been 10 days that I have no answer from them not even a word to say your package it s on the way Right now I m still waiting for it if I don t have further information from here to the 25th June I m gonna make a refund

Weird product

I have ordered a few times now been decent Prices aren t too bad and delivery is fast My last order seemed to have a weird problem though as I m not convinced one of the products recieved is real I ve had it countless times took it on holiday to use ajdbthe colour was off as was the smell I brought it back and brought one locally to check against and I was right what should be coconut smells like coffee what should be white was brown Very bizarre Think ill stick to local orders from now just in case
